How to use
• Melted on a lower than high, microwave power wattage 20 seconds with stirring in between until the wetness starts to melt the chunks of chocolates. Then you're dipping anything you can get your hands on, or pouring straight onto ice-cream for a milk chocolate crack topping. 
HINT: If doing large quantities or working with this chocolate over time, then it's definitely better to set up a double boiler for tempering in order for the chocolate to set with a delightful snap. 
• In baking and the heat of the oven makes them melt so both you and them will go all gooey inside. 
• A mix into ice-cream in a fandangled Ninja Creami = delicious
