Join me Kirsty at the Zing Organics Spa Sanctuary room at Tarbert, Loch Fyne, Argyll for an immersive experience that melds the profoundly uplifting and centering benefits of inhaling quality pure essential oils with breath work instruction.

I started studying pranayama (breath work) during lockdown and ultimately qualified as an instructor with Michael Biker in Summer 2022. 

First up join me in a 5 minute series of standing stretching exercises to help open up the breathing muscles. 

Next, I’ll help you select a measure of one of my Zing Organics organic perfumes or facial serums to inhale to suit your objectives for our session. I will then guide you in a simple breathing practice while inhaling the glorious aromas from between your palms.

After this I’ll invite you to privately set your intention for your life goals - writing ✍️ it down assists in the manifestation process. 

Next up we’ll immerse ourselves in one deeply relaxing breath work practice and then one to purify mind and body. 

Finally I’ll whip you up a yummy hand blended organic herbal tea 🍵 as we wind down the session  

On the day please bring a yoga mat and meditation cushion or firm pillow and a cosy jumper. 

At booking I’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire to help me style your individual session which will include a few well being questions so that I can make adjustments for your safe practice.

Allow an hour for your session. 🧘‍♀️
