Brain-sharpening focus, patented pumps, and full honest labels.

Mutant Mind Fk is a pre-workout that puts brain boost first but backs it up with real workout power. The idea here is simple: skip the huge caffeine dose that fakes energy, and instead mix moderate stims with solid amounts for better blood flow, fatigue fighting, brain support, and hydration. That's what sets it apart from most pre-workouts that either go all-in on pumps and skip focus or overload stims and skimp on actual performance help.

For pumps and blood flow, it starts with 4,000mg fermented L-citrulline plus 1,500mg Nitrosigine®. Citrulline is an easy-to-absorb building block for arginine that skips liver breakdown and boosts nitric oxide via the arginine-NO path, while also helping clear out ammonia during tough sessions. The top research dose for citrulline alone is usually 6-8g, so 4g is under that but still does real work, especially teamed with the full 1.5g research-backed dose of Nitrosigine®. Nitrosigine isn't plain arginine; it's a special inositol-stabilized arginine silicate mix that improves arginine delivery and NO production, with studies showing quick start and blood flow lasting up to 6 hours. In the gym, that means a better pump than just 4g citrulline by itself.

To fight fatigue, there's 3,200mg beta-alanine, the standard starting dose for building muscle carnosine. Carnosine neutralizes the acid buildup in muscles during intense sets and intervals, making beta-alanine great for efforts from one to ten minutes. It's not instant; you need weeks of use as carnosine levels climb. Taurine at 3,000mg is a smart pick too. That's at the high end of effective doses and helps with cell hydration,

Key Highlights

  • 4,000mg fermented L-citrulline ramps up nitric oxide through the arginine-NO path and clears ammonia during grind sessions. It's under the usual 6-8g max for standalone use, but it's a solid dose here and gets a boost from Nitrosigine®.
  • 1,500mg Nitrosigine® is the full researched amount of this patented inositol-stabilized arginine silicate. Smart move in the formula because studies show it kicks in fast, supports strong nitric oxide, and keeps blood flow going for hours.
  • 3,200mg beta-alanine meets the proven level for loading muscle carnosine. That's key since beta-alanine isn't about quick hype; it builds your ability to buffer acid so tough sets and repeats feel easier over time.
  • 3,000mg TyroPure® L-tyrosine is a hefty dose for handling stress during workouts, not just a token add-in. Tyrosine helps make dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine, which is awesome when training hits after long days, bad sleep, or mental drain.
  • 3,000mg taurine is right at the top of effective doses for performance. It helps with cell hydration, calcium management, endurance, and smoother muscle signals, making it one of the best underrated picks in pre-workouts today.
  • 200mg enfinity® paraxanthine brings a smoother stim feel than regular caffeine-heavy stuff. Paraxanthine is the main active part of what makes caffeine work, but taking it straight often feels more steady and less shaky for lots of people.
  • 300mg Alpha-GPC is a top-notch acetylcholine builder that gets into your brain easily. That's the one that really dials in that focused vibe for skill moves, complex lifts, and quality reps.
  • 700mg VitaCholine® choline bitartrate adds to the choline supply and pairs well with Alpha-GPC. Together, they create a solid brain support setup, though Alpha-GPC is the premium star for direct workout benefits.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in muscle-growth phases who value mind-muscle feel as much as energy. The 300mg Alpha-GPC, 700mg VitaCholine® choline bitartrate, 3,000mg TyroPure® tyrosine, and huperzia serrata extract sharpen reps and focus through long body part sessions.
  • Intermediate folks lifting after brain-draining days. Tyrosine holds up stress hormones, while 200mg enfinity® paraxanthine gives cleaner alertness than heavy caffeine, perfect for needing your head in the game first.
  • Pump chasers let down by basic 3g citrulline. Here, 4,000mg fermented L-citrulline teams with full 1,500mg Nitrosigine®, a researched arginine silicate for quick, lasting nitric oxide.
  • Athletes in high-rep stuff like supersets, circuits, or conditioning. 3,200mg beta-alanine hits the research mark for carnosine, buffering acid as intensity piles up.
  • Lifters wanting balanced stims over wild highs. 200mg enfinity® paraxanthine instead of mega caffeine suits those after useful energy, clear focus, and less shakes.
  • Late trainers needing edge without sleep-wrecking stims. It's still stimulating so time it right, but more controlled than caffeine bombs.

How to Use

Mix one scoop in 10-16 ounces cold water 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That lines up with enfinity® paraxanthine and brain stack timing, plus gives nitric oxide time before heavy lifts. New to stims or paraxanthine? Half-scoop first to test, since 200mg is no joke. Shaker's best for even mix with all the aminos and brands—better than spoon. Light stomach helps it hit faster; big meal can slow the buzz and focus. Don't stack with other stims lightly till you know your response, and ease up on coffee nearby. Use on training days for best, or daily for max beta-alanine. No need for hard cycling like super high-stims, but breaks keep sensitivity up. Store cool and dry, lid tight for fresh powder.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: no huge stim hit, but you might notice sharper thinking and maybe early beta-alanine tingles. Minutes 10-20: paraxanthine shows up, tyrosine and choline lock in your headspace, making the workout feel easier to dive into. Minutes 20-40: prime time, with citrulline plus Nitrosigine® pumping strong and focus clearest in sets. Minutes 40-90: energy holds steady without big crashes, taurine keeping things even as tiredness builds. Days 1-7: feel the quick focus, energy, and pumps right away, beta-alanine mostly as tingles not full power. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine steps up with higher carnosine, making repeats and dense sessions easier. Steady use pays off more than spotty doses.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Mutant Mind Fk?

The label does not disclose caffeine as a standalone ingredient, but it does provide 200mg enfinity® paraxanthine. Paraxanthine is the primary active metabolite of caffeine and delivers a meaningful stimulant effect, so you should treat this as a moderate-stim pre-workout even without a listed caffeine total.

Is 4,000mg of citrulline enough to feel a pump?

Yes, especially because Mutant Mind Fk does not rely on citrulline alone. While the classic standalone research range for L-citrulline is often 6-8g, this formula adds the full 1,500mg clinical dose of Nitrosigine®, which meaningfully strengthens nitric oxide support and makes the total pump system more effective than a simple 4g citrulline formula.

Why does this formula use paraxanthine instead of regular caffeine?

Enfinity® paraxanthine is the primary metabolite responsible for much of caffeine’s wakefulness and ergogenic effect. By using paraxanthine directly, the formula aims to deliver cleaner, more predictable stimulation with less dependence on how quickly your body converts caffeine through the CYP1A2 pathway.

Will Mutant Mind Fk make me tingle?

Possibly. It contains 3,200mg beta-alanine, which commonly causes a harmless tingling sensation called paresthesia, especially when taken on an emptier stomach or by users who are sensitive to the ingredient.

Is the beta-alanine dose actually effective?

Yes. At 3,200mg, Mind Fk hits the established clinical threshold commonly used to increase muscle carnosine stores over time, which is the mechanism tied to improved buffering during hard, repeated efforts.

How should I take Mutant Mind Fk for the best effect?

Take one scoop 20-30 minutes before training in 10-16 ounces of water. That timing gives the paraxanthine and nootropic ingredients time to come online while allowing the pump ingredients to begin supporting blood flow before your first heavy sets.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Yes, and it is a smart stack. Mind Fk already covers focus, blood flow, and buffering, while a separate 3-5g daily creatine monohydrate product adds phosphocreatine support for strength, power, and repeat sprint performance.

Is this product beginner friendly?

It is better described as intermediate-friendly than beginner-friendly. The paraxanthine, nootropic stack, and full-dose beta-alanine make it more advanced than a basic entry-level pre-workout, so new users should start with half a scoop.

Does this formula use a proprietary blend?

No. One of the best things about Mutant Mind Fk is that the active formula is disclosed ingredient by ingredient, allowing you to evaluate each dose against published research rather than guessing what is hidden in a prop blend.

What makes the focus side of this formula different from standard pre-workouts?

Most pre-workouts call themselves ‘focus’ products because they contain caffeine. Mind Fk adds 3,000mg TyroPure® L-tyrosine, 300mg Alpha-GPC, 700mg VitaCholine®, and huperzia serrata extract, which gives it a much more purposeful neurotransmitter-support design.

Gizmo, my 92lb Labrador puppy, just loves this toy. He’s had one since he was 3 months old, and he just had his birthday. Absolutely good for hours of contented chewing and tossing. Highly recommended!

Our dogs love these bones.
Flavor Name: Bacon, Size: X-Large
ALWAYS SUPERVISE A DOG WHEN THEY ARE CHEWING OR EATING. It doesn't matter what it is, they can choke on anything, we have had multiple instances where we have had to intervene to prevent or stop choking. I also was going to give this a 5 star review, but after reading the other reviews I didn't. The pet product industry really needs to educate the consumer more about pets and what type would do best with their product. Either way, I think my experience might be helpful to some and we are pretty happy with these bones because the dogs are. Here's the short version of my recommendations: I do not recommend Nylabones for dogs that are teething If an adult dog is chewing non-stop, Kongs with treats or peanut butter are great to help break up the chewing time. Even if they won't chew the Kong, they'll definitely stop whatever they are doing and lick out all of the peanut butter, which is actually calming and tiring for dogs. It might be worth trying a much larger size bone if you have a smaller dog. I never had small dogs until now, but the large bone seems to tire our 20 pound dogs out quicker than the smaller bones ever did, and their little jaws seem to handle it just fine. All of our dogs are gnawing with their back teeth at an angle on the white nyla part, as though they are rubbing their teeth against it to clean and sharpen them. The other type of chewing would use more of the front teeth and pull, like they're cleaning meat off of a bone, which isn't the right kind of chewer for Nylabones. Ours only occasionally chew them like that, so I know they are eating some pieces but it doesn't seem to affect their health since it's pretty limited and small (like a crumb). Here's my experience with these bones: We got our first Nylabone's for small breed puppies about a 18 months ago (not this product but same brand), and the puppies did try swallowing big chunks, so this type of bone was not great for them yet. However, our old large breed dog decided he wanted to chew on the small puppy bones too, so I got him the large one of this bone because it's huge with four points, and more his size. It could be a challenge for dogs who don't use their paws like hands, but ours seem to figure it out comfortable ways to chew on it. The old dog absolutely loved it, and had no big chunk issues. He very quickly figured out not to chew the red part because it is a totally different plastic than the white part (which is whatever "Nyla" is). My understanding from the package is that the white part is somewhat digestible, or safely passes through in very small pieces. I specifically remember that being why I decided to try these. Our big dog used to choke on raw hides when he was younger, so we had to stop all chewing things (which just meant more treats and walks so he was happy!), but now that he is older he is really enjoying this bone. Our old dog did wear one down to the nubs after about 3-6 months, and continued chewing on it occasionally (less often since there is less there to chew, and I knew I was supposed to toss it but he loved it so much). So I just got him a new one, but he still carries around the old one to show it off when we come in the door. He's chewing the new one now, so he seems to understand that the old one is 'done', and I haven't felt the need to take it away for safety reasons. The funny part is that the small dogs (now 2 yr old) actually chew on his large bone too, it's pretty comical given the size difference. I got them the extra-small versions and they haven't shown much interest in those. I decided to also get one for our new 'store' dog who is about 1.5 yrs old and a lab/boxer mix and lives at the store full time. It was to help him transition away from his neurotic tail biting and rope bone that is falling apart from his prior home (where he was EXTREMELY bored and was getting into everything). He has enjoyed the Nylabone for about 2 weeks. I don't think it's worn down too much yet, but he's definitely going to wear his out faster (maybe 2+ months?) than our other three dogs combined, but his teeth are also sharper and he chews more, so that's fair. So far, no pieces or chunks from the Nylabone. He also hasn't had a problem leaving the red part alone and he's learning how to use his paws more because of the shape of this thing. He still uses it when he's bored, but we've started increasing his training practice, so hopefully he'll be past the chewing phase by 2 yr old, and he has stopped getting into anything (like trash or 'stuff left out' that dogs manage to get into). He's also a huge and a very active dog, so having regular customers and activity help tire him out more than any bone can. Best of luck!

variety of texture and focal points, lab approved
Flavor Name: Bacon, Size: X-Large
My labs dont try to destroy stuff. They just like to gnaw on something once in awhile. This has lasted a very long time. Has the typical dents and other gnaw marks, but has otherwise withstood the test of time. The different texture (very firm but with mild "give") and spots to focus on has made this a favorite go-to toy when the need to gnaw comes about. We often do bully sticks and yak chews for the majority of their chewing needs, but the nylon style also seems to hit the spot.
