Ingredients: Lemongrass leaves, Ginger, Lemon, Cinnamon, Apple pieces, Hibiscus, Stevia leaves, Clove, Cardamom, Natural flavors (Organic Compliant).

Caffeine Free 

Brewing Instructions: 8-10 ounces of water (filtered recommended) per teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Bring water to 212°F/ 100°C. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
