It is a versatile substance and allows her to mix an endless myriad of colours, varying from transparent to opaque. The process of making, working with colour and material informs her work. She has control of all aspects of the making from beginning to end. Although similar forms are used, her process means that all pieces are individually hand tinted and worked, making every piece unique.
Kathy also has two books published by A&C Black, Resin Jewellery 2001 and Design and make non-precious jewellery 2009.
