Join us for our next LEAGUE CUP!!!

Cups are very similar to our monthly Challenges.  Here are the differences:

* Cups can only be held once every 3 months.

* Cups award more Championship Points and prize packs.

* Cups award a special playmat to the winner of each age division.

* Cups have a higher entrance fee to support the extra prizing.

* Cups are longer.  Each match is best of 3, instead of single game.  This means that instead of 30 minutes, you will have 50 minutes, and you will play 3 games with the same opponent within those 50 minutes.  That is round 1.  Round 2 will be 3 games in 50 minutes with a different opponent.  Same thing for round 3.

* If there are at least 9 players in an age division, the top players in that division will participate in a single elimation bracket-style playoff to determine the final placings.

3:00-3:30 is allowed for players to fill out deck lists.  Any player with a deck list not turned in by 3:30 will receive a loss for the first round.  Feel free to bring your deck list pre-completed to expedite check-in.  You can also use https://rk9.gg/decklist/index to make your deck list, then print it out to bring.

If you have never participated in a Challenge, please contact us so we can explain everything that is required to participate in an official tournament.

Please reach out if you have any questions about building a legal deck, or about anything else - we're happy to help!

There are 3 age divisions, from age 6 to adult.  Players from multiple age groups may play each other; however, there will still be a winner declared in each age group!

PRE-REGISTRATION IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!  If you are registered and paid by Friday, March 27th, the cost is $20.  Day-of (Saturday) registration is $25 (space permitting).

Great weird horror
Format: Kindle
The Department of Truth: The End of the World is the first trade volume of this series, collecting issues 1-5. I don’t want to get into spoilers, but I enjoyed seeing a world building element I was familiar with in fantasy be applied to conspiracy theories. I also loved the art. It’s really stunning! I almost want to buy a print edition in addition to my Kindle/ComiXology edition because it’s so beautiful. I found the plot and concept compelling and can’t wait to read volume 2.

meh...
Format: Paperback
collecting the entire universe, so obviously i picked this up. i absolutely LOVE the stuff written by Ryan Parrott, but it seems like the some of the side stories were just thrown into the universe for the sake of 'diversity'. identity politics is injected into BOTH of the books in this series (that i have read so far... im somewhere in the middle of year two) that were written by Melissa Flores, for no reason except projection, propaganda and forced diversity quotas. the book isnt even an extreme offender or anything, but the 'community' has caused so many problems, in ever facet of society that they have attached themselves to, that i (and so many others) now see any of it as huge red flag... and that is sad, because i was raised to have the EXACT opposite viewpoint, and i did, for well over 30 years (just turned 40).
