Turkesterone, Fadogia, Mucuna, and Ashwagandha—everything out in the open.

Alchemy Labs Altered is a capsule muscle and performance booster that's all about creating an anabolic vibe, ramping up training drive, and helping recovery without any caffeine kick. It skips the pre-workout hype and dives into natural anabolic support, with Ajuga turkestanica standardized to turkesterone leading the way, plus Fadogia agrestis, Mucuna pruriens, Ashwagandha, and Alchemy’s branded Methyl-EAA®.

The star is 500mg Ajuga turkestanica whole herb extract, standardized to 10% turkesterone in a hydroxypropyl-β cyclodextrin complex. That gives you 50mg turkesterone per serving. Ecdysteroids like turkesterone are hyped for helping with lean mass, strength gains, and bouncing back faster—think better protein synthesis and tougher training sessions. Real human studies are still catching up compared to stuff like creatine, so let's keep it real: it's got cool potential, people love it, and the cyclodextrin setup helps it absorb better. Folks grab this for improved recovery, stronger workouts, and steady body comp changes, not some instant buzz.

Fadogia agrestis stem extract at 500mg is here for that hormone boost, especially in talks about supporting testosterone. Human data's limited—mostly animal studies and user stories fuel the buzz. But 500mg is a solid dose compared to how it's usually tossed in formulas, showing Altered is targeting training drive, readiness, and that male edge.

Methyl-EAA® at 300mg, identified as N-methyl-DL-aspartic acid, is Alchemy Labs’ branded diffe

Alchemy Altered by Alchemy Labs contains 500mg Ajuga turkestanica Whole Herb Extract (std. to 10% Turkesterone) Hydroxypropyl-β Cyclodextrin Complex, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg Ajuga turkestanica extract standardized to 10% turkesterone—that means 50mg turkesterone, the key player for muscle support. The hydroxypropyl-β cyclodextrin complex is a nice touch to help it dissolve and get in your system better than plain extract.
  • 500mg Fadogia agrestis stem extract—a real dose in a world where this stuff often gets skimped on for labels. It's in here for hormone support and keeping your training drive fired up, perfect for serious lifters chasing gains, not casual wellness folks.
  • 300mg Mucuna pruriens extract standardized to L-Dopa—this one's the feel-good star. It helps with dopamine precursors, so you might notice better motivation, that reward kick, gym aggression, and just wanting to hit it hard.
  • 200mg Ashwagandha whole herb extract at 5% withanolides—delivers 10mg withanolides for solid adaptogen support. It balances things out by tackling stress and recovery, not just hyping anabolic vibes.
  • 300mg Methyl-EAA®—Alchemy Labs' branded twist that sets Altered apart from basic natural anabolics. It's named and dosed right on the label, way better than burying it in a blend.
  • Fully open label, no prop blends—every ingredient and dose is right there. In hormone support supps, that's a big win since tons of others hide how little they actually put in.
  • No stims on purpose—Altered works without caffeine. Great for night owls, stim-sensitive peeps, or anyone wanting better recovery without messing up sleep.
  • Made for stacking—it doesn't overlap with creatine, pumps, or energy stuff, so it fits right in with your pre, creatine, protein, or intra carbs. Smart way to build a stack that hits what you need.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate bodybuilders bulking up, with protein and creatine down, wanting capsules for extra drive, recovery, and muscle-friendly vibes. Altered fits 'cause the Ajuga, Fadogia, and Mucuna combo is for steady gains over weeks, not a quick stim fix.
  • Lifters burnt on stims but still wanna feel sharp in the gym without more caffeine. Altered helps with Mucuna for motivation and Ashwagandha for stress, staying out of heavy pre-workout territory.
  • Guys eyeing natural hormone supps who want full label transparency over vague test claims. Altered shows exact doses for Ajuga, Fadogia, Mucuna, Ashwagandha, and Methyl-EAA®—big trust factor in a dodgy category.
  • Athletes in high-volume hypertrophy who know recovery and motivation are key as much as the lifts. Ashwagandha's adaptogen side with Mucuna's dopamine and turkesterone's support match that grind.
  • Night trainers avoiding caffeine's sleep wreck but wanting real performance help. Stim-free means late-day use without killing recovery or growth.
  • Vet supp users who stack specifics over all-in-ones. Altered fits next to creatine, electrolytes, pre, EAAs, or carbs—focused on hormones, adaptogens, and brain support, not pumps or energy.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily with water. Training days, go 30-45 minutes pre for Mucuna's drive to align with your workout—the rest is for steady support, not quick hits. Off days, same time, full dose for consistency. If you're new to Mucuna or sensitive to dopamine stuff, start with 1-2 caps a few days to check how it feels, then go full. Fine with a light meal, but lots of folks take it solo for ease. Stacks great with creatine, whey, electrolytes, or a pre if you need energy/pumps. No need to cycle like stim bombs—run 4-8 weeks and see how it goes. Keep it cool and dry, lid tight for fresh caps.

What to Expect

Day one, don't look for a big energy surge—this ain't that. Some folks feel a light motivation bump from Mucuna, especially pre-gym. First 3-7 days, it's more about consistent drive and feeling ready, not huge changes. By weeks 2-4, it clicks: Ashwagandha's stress help builds up, daily use sets in, and Ajuga/Fadogia shine in the long game. It supports your training vibe overall, not steals the show. If you want instant pumps or buzz, wrong pick; for better flow in a program, this timeline rocks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Alchemy Labs Altered?

Altered is a stim-free hormone-support and natural anabolic capsule formula built around 500mg Ajuga turkestanica extract standardized to 10% turkesterone, 500mg Fadogia agrestis, 300mg Mucuna pruriens extract, 300mg Methyl-EAA®, and 200mg Ashwagandha. It is designed to support training drive, recovery context, and a more muscle-supportive internal environment rather than function like a traditional pre-workout.

How much turkesterone is in Altered?

Altered contains 500mg Ajuga turkestanica extract standardized to 10% turkesterone, which yields 50mg turkesterone per 3-capsule serving. The extract is also delivered as a hydroxypropyl-β cyclodextrin complex, a formulation choice intended to improve solubility and delivery.

Does Altered contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Altered is stim-free and contains no listed caffeine, which makes it suitable for users who train later in the day or want to avoid the sleep disruption and appetite suppression common with high-stim products.

When should I take Altered?

Take 3 capsules daily. On training days, 30-45 minutes before lifting is the most practical timing if you want the Mucuna pruriens to line up with gym motivation; on rest days, take it at a consistent time to maintain routine and cumulative support.

What will I actually feel from Altered?

Do not expect a strong acute rush. The most noticeable near-term effect for some users is a subtle increase in drive or readiness from the Mucuna pruriens, while the broader value of the formula shows up over 2-4 weeks as better consistency, steadier motivation, and stronger training momentum.

Is the Ashwagandha dose in Altered clinically strong?

Altered provides 200mg Ashwagandha whole herb extract standardized to 5% withanolides, supplying 10mg withanolides. That is a useful inclusion, but it is lower than many of the 300-600mg daily doses commonly used in performance and stress-management studies, so it should be viewed as supportive rather than aggressive.

Can I stack Altered with creatine or pre-workout?

Yes. Altered stacks especially well with creatine monohydrate, whey protein, electrolytes, and even a separate pre-workout because it does not duplicate common pump or stimulant ingredients. Its role is hormone-support, adaptogenic support, and training-drive support, not stimulant energy.

Is Altered beginner-friendly?

It is better for intermediate users than complete beginners. The formula makes the most sense once you already understand your training, recovery, and supplement response, because ingredients like Fadogia, Mucuna, and turkesterone are more specialized than foundational products like creatine or protein.

Do I need to cycle Altered?

It does not contain stimulants that force the kind of tolerance management you see with high-caffeine products. Many experienced users still prefer to run formulas like this in 4-8 week blocks, assess training response, and then decide whether to continue based on how they feel and perform.

Is Altered fully disclosed or hidden in a proprietary blend?

Altered uses a fully disclosed active label. That means every major active ingredient and dose is listed directly, which is a significant advantage in the natural anabolic and testosterone-support category where hidden blends are still common.

Pretty Darn Good
Format: Kindle
So I’ve been on a omega kick and this definitely hit the spot. Madison was frustrating at times with how she acted towards Lucas, Gray, and Rian. It was like she said towards the end, she didn’t believe she deserved nice things. It would have been nice to hear from her best friends again. They kind of were there in the beginning and the gone except for mention of text messages received from them. I feel like her friends would have been great help in encouraging Madison to go with the pack and never give Brent another chance because he was toxic. I loved Rian. His personality was awesome. His humor. His ability to make Madison comfortable whenever she was feeling overwhelmed. And the fact he fell for her and she fell for him first. They are cute together. I do feel like Lucas was the odd man out though. Like Lucas didn’t develop as much of a relationship with Madison. I would have really liked to see more development in the relationship between them. It was also the same with him and Rian. There is really no relationship displayed. Most of the relationship being displayed is between Rian and Gray. Nevertheless, I loved reading about the dynamic that came to fruition during the entirety of this story. Madison finally got her happiness. And Brent finally got punched in the face. Everyone got exactly what they deserve.

Pack's Promise was okay but not great
Format: Kindle
Pack's Promise was okay but not great. I won't recommend it to anyone that I know. PRO: * Very likable characters * Lots of steamy scenes that are written very well * The spelling and grammar are good * The punctuation is good with the exception of using hyphens instead of commas. Lots of hyphens. Lots and lots of hyphens. CON: * Almost no interactions with any characters outside of Madison and the pack * Nearly no plot. They meet, get together for a heat, agree to make it permanent, done * Quite a few typos such as extraneous words, missing words and words out of order THINGS TO KNOW: * More steamy scenes than storytelling * A lot of MM & MMM, some MFMM during heat

Fluffy and Nice Omegaverse
Format: Kindle
… this would have made 5 stars but for 2 reasons. A.) there were quite a few typos; misspelled words, missing quotations, “the his” mistakes, and various signs that maybe a proofread would do good. B.) the writing was quite textbook. Late blooming omega is struggling with her new self, finds a absurdly wealthy pack of alphas, every thing is almost insta-love but she resists, then decides to love herself and let everyone be happy. Rian was my favourite (obviously the author’s favourite too because he got the most page time) but I wish we could see more of his CEO side? He went to work maybe ONCE the entire time. Gray was supposed to be the “growly one” but he turned out to be puppy dog. Lucas was a genius brainiac doctor - but also super alpha with an aggressive hindbrain with a breeding k*nk?? And then there was no actual “breeding”?? Spice 3/5 - normally omegaverse books are super high on messy smut but this was tamer. Romance 3/5 - insta-love that was then resisted because of personal hangup’s Plot 2/5 - weird paced head hopping, showing the same scene from different POV’s that made me feel like it was 2 steps backward, 1 step forward. Humour 4/5 - there were a dozen lines that genuinely made me chuckle out loud Would have been five stars but the lack of proofreading and the predictable plot made me unable to get up to ADORED IT level - four stars is still and official ENJOYED IT, y’all. This isn’t a bad rating. The “Club Heat” has intriguing possibilities so I’m going to give the second one a shot.
