DISTRICT 129CM BOARD

A MID RANGE BLEND OF EVERY STYLE

The chameleon of conforming wakeboards. This board has the rare trait of adapting to you, regardless of your style or ability. We took one of our best-selling all-purpose series that rides without stereotypes and made it lighter, delivering more feedback, and noticeably softer landings. The District, with its hybrid rocker, ranges from smooth/low maintenance turns to wide open high-speed cuts. With fast predictable takeoffs, to explosive wake to wake jumps, this is a series that truly covers the spectrum. Riders that approach the wake flat into the wake will notice a strong, explosive 3-stage lift. If you approach the wake while on rail you will notice a smooth, blended rocker line with an uninterrupted fast take-off and landing. Riders who tend to distribute their weight evenly will experience a freeride, floaty feel when they initiate turns. On the flipside, riders can experience hairpin turns with quick edge transitions if they shift their weight to the tail of the board.

KID’S FIT

Before we tell you some of our unique design specifics on our kid’s boots let’s talk about what is available on every Ronix boot – adaptability. For years footwear was based on having a stiff plate and a stiff sidewall. Drawback to that is 2 things. Nobody wants the side of their foot to be up against something rigid, and there is a loss of adaptability when that sidewall won’t alter around the top of your foot. So, we changed that developing and patenting the first 2-piece mainframe system. Now you can complement that same rigid base plate optimizing heel/toe reaction time with the softest, plush, flexible skeleton that wraps around the rider’s foot. As a rider cinches their Autolock lace, or dials in their BOA® the chassis now softly conforms over the top. Everybody wins. Back to kids. When we started Ronix and we started looking at kids feet we were blown away by the scaling proportions – as kid’s feet are obviously shorter – they are nowhere near as narrow as you would think they would be. We did some research and discovered something that makes a lot of sense but was never addressed in wakeboarding. Kids have flexible bones, plumper fat pads that make a rounded broader shape – this combination contributes toa wider less angular foot structure. We accounted for that by providing more support around the foot with our adaptive chassis – but also made a wider kid’s outline as a percentage of scaling to account for their less angular foot structure. The result is happier feet. Just have them try on any of our kids boots and feel the difference.

EKGs are difficult and I still don’t understand
Format: Paperback
Hey I’m in nursing school and I bought this… it’s not the pocket size, it’s actually a full size book. It brought tears to my eyes many times. I have no idea what a 3rd degree block is. Hopefully you can learn and be a good nurse! EKGs are for the doctors to read. So don’t be too hard on yourself. But you should probably know what normal sinus rhythm looks like… 👍🏼

My teacher thinks some of the ekgs are wrong
Format: Paperback
Can anyone put me in contact with the author of this book? My ekg/cardiology teacher is slandering her name and saying some of the rhythms she has in this book are wrong. Really upsets me because he is only a nurse and teaching a pre paramedic course. Doctors and cardiologist were the ones who cited this book. The rhythms are correct, my teacher just wants to think he is smarter than everyone else when it comes to cardiology. Otherwise I love this book and very helpful.

Excellent Book
Format: Paperback
As a nurse I struggle sometimes with rhythm recognition for some of the more complicated ones. This book is easy to read with many practice strips to help you comprehend even the complex details. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to learn EKGs or brush up on their rhythm recognition skills. Great book!
