Une excellente tisane à déguster après le repas. Les fleurs et herbes utilisées dans le mélange sont cultivées au monastère sans l'usage de pesticides et d'engrais. Une fois ouvert, transférez les contenants du paquet dans un bocal en verre. Conservez dans un endroit frais et sec. 

Ingrédients: Sauge, menthe, pétales de rose, cannelle. 

Faire infuser 1 c.à thé de tisane dans une tasse d'eau bouillante. Laissez la tasse couverte pendant 5 minutes. Passer par un tamis et servir!
