Il Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Orriu Un anno dopo, interpretato dalla cantina Quartomoro di Sardegna, un bianco particolarmente interessante, dal sorso ritmato e appagante.

Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini. Al naso si esprime con sentori di macchia mediterranea e frutta a polpa bianca su sfondo minerale. Al palato offre buona morbidezza e corposità, con un sorso fluido e saporito di buona persistenza aromatica. Finale tipicamente ammandorlato.

Il Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Orriu Un anno dopo, interpretato dalla cantina Quartomoro di Sardegna, è un bianco particolarmente interessante, dal sorso ritmato e appagante. Le uve sono vendemmiate manualmente in cassetta e provengono dalla costa settentrionale dell'isola, da terreni con substrato di natura granitica. La vinificazione prevede una fermentazione con lieviti selezionati e una maturazione in acciaio e in barrique di almeno 6 mesi. Prima della commercializzazione affina in bottiglia per ulteriori 6 mesi.

Accompagna alla perfezione svariate preparazioni della cucina di mare, anche elaborate e salsate. Ottimo con aragosta o astice in salsa.

I spent probably about an hour putting it together, only to take it right back apart and pack it up to return. The dimples for half the poles were on the wrong side (double and triple checked to make sure they couldn't be spun around. The threaded ends for the wheels were freely spinning on all but 2 wheels, making it impossible to actually tighten them fully. Once it was all put together, the screens could not be folded up to neatly put it aside when not in use. All in all, this was shamefully low quality for the money spent.
