Straight-up moderate-stim pre with stacked focus and energy from multiple sources.

Panda Supps Skull is a straightforward pre-workout with moderate stims and a big focus on brain support. It gives you that instant workout feel, but with more depth than your average caffeine bomb. Instead of one huge stim hit, it spreads things out with nitric oxide boosters, ingredients that help make brain chemicals, focus enhancers, different caffeine types, and some smart nootropics and adaptogens. You end up feeling sharp, pumped, and ready instead of wired or flat.

For pumps, it starts with 4,000mg L-Citrulline Malate 2:1. That's about 2.67g of actual L-Citrulline, which is under the 6g sweet spot for max nitric oxide and performance, but it still delivers noticeable blood flow and that workout fullness in a moderate formula. Citrulline boosts arginine levels better than taking arginine directly, leading to wider blood vessels. Add 500mg Agmatine Sulfate, which tweaks nitric oxide in its own way and amps up that dense pump feel, and you've got real muscle fullness without going overboard.

On endurance, there's 1,600mg Beta-Alanine. That's half the standard 3.2g daily dose for building muscle carnosine, which helps fight acid buildup during tough sets. One scoop is a good start; two gets you to that proven 3.2g level. Beta-alanine shines over time, helping you push through the burn in repeated efforts.

The focus side is what sets this apart. 1,500mg L-Tyrosine feeds into making dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine – key for staying sharp when training gets intense. Choline L-Bitartrate at 500mg, Al

Panda Skull Pre by Panda Supps contains 50mg Sodium, a standard dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 206.25mg total caffeine from three spots – 162.5mg anhydrous, 50mg citrate, and 25mg dicaffeine malate. This setup hits fast but keeps things smooth, better than a big dump of one type.
  • 1,500mg L-Tyrosine to keep your focus tough during workouts. It's the building block for dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine, perfect for sessions where your mind starts wandering.
  • 4,000mg L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 for nitric oxide and pumps. It's not the top research dose for pure citrulline, but it still gets blood flowing and muscles feeling full, especially with agmatine and theobromine in the mix.
  • 500mg Agmatine Sulfate boosts pumps another way. It works with nitric oxide differently than citrulline, teaming up for that thicker, more satisfying muscle feel.
  • 1,600mg Beta-Alanine per scoop lets you dial it in. One scoop is solid daily; two hits the proven 3.2g for carnosine buildup and better burn tolerance.
  • Real focus stack: 500mg Choline L-Bitartrate, 300mg Alpha GPC 50%, 250mg DMAE, and Huperzine-A from Huperzia Serrata. This crew amps concentration, mind-muscle link, and that locked-in vibe way beyond just caffeine.
  • CognatiQ® Coffee Fruit Extract brings patented brain support you don't see much. Studies show it boosts BDNF quick – that's a protein for brain flexibility and sharp thinking, adding a smart edge to your pre.
  • 250mg Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract layers on more brain power. It's not fluff; it pairs with the other focus stuff to make everything clearer, not just hyped up.

Who Is This For?

  • Mid-level bodybuilders on hypertrophy plans who dig mind-muscle feel over max stims. 1,500mg L-Tyrosine, choline and Alpha GPC focus, 206.25mg caffeine get you dialed without high-stim push.
  • After-work trainers needing energy without the overload of 300-400mg caffeine. Multi-caffeine, 50mg L-Theanine, 100mg theobromine smooth it out better than one big hit.
  • Folks into brain-boost pres wanting more than basic pump-stims. Tyrosine, Alpha GPC, DMAE, Lion's Mane, CognatiQ®, Huperzine-A target focus for long sessions.
  • Users who want full transparency to check doses against science and pick 1 or 2 scoops.
  • High-volume trainers with push, leg, or upper days where focus drops early. Moderate stims plus focus stack keep you in it longer.
  • Pump seekers not needing extreme NO. 4,000mg L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 and 500mg Agmatine Sulfate give real flow, room for strong focus.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 10-14 oz cold water, down it 20-30 min pre-workout. Timing works 'cause fast caffeine absorbs then, focus stuff ramps before heavy sets. Start with 1 if stim-sensitive or new to this; 2 scoops ups everything, hits full 3.2g beta-alanine. Shake well – citrulline and powders mix better. Empty stomach speeds it; big meal slows. Skip extra stims unless you know your tolerance. Stacks great with creatine, intra carbs/electrolytes, post protein. No need to cycle hard, but ease caffeine sometimes. Store sealed, cool, dry.

What to Expect

0-10 min: Sip it, get hydrated, no big rush yet. 10-20 min: Caffeine citrate and anhydrous hit, alertness up, maybe beta-alanine tingles. 20-40 min: Prime time – tyrosine and focus stack sharpen things, citrulline-agmatine boost flow, workout feels tight. 40-90 min: Energy holds thanks to theobromine and dicaffeine malate. Days 1-7: Instant stim and focus; beta-alanine loading starts. Weeks 2-4: With steady 3.2g beta-alanine, tough sets get easier to handle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Panda Supps Skull?

At the listed full formula, Skull provides 206.25mg total caffeine from 162.5mg caffeine anhydrous, 50mg caffeine citrate, and 25mg dicaffeine malate. That puts it in the moderate-stim range, with a faster onset than sustained-release systems alone and a smoother tail than anhydrous-only formulas.

Is Panda Supps Skull a high-stim pre-workout?

No — this is better classified as moderate stim. The caffeine total is meaningful but not extreme, and the formula leans heavily into nootropic support with 1,500mg L-Tyrosine, multiple choline sources, Lion's Mane, CognatiQ®, and Huperzine-A.

What does the two-scoop serving change?

Two scoops materially increases the overall experience and is especially important for beta-alanine. At one scoop you get 1,600mg beta-alanine; at two scoops you reach 3,200mg, which matches the classic daily intake used to raise muscle carnosine in research.

Is the citrulline dose in Skull clinically dosed?

It depends on how strictly you define clinical. Skull uses 4,000mg L-Citrulline Malate 2:1, which yields about 2.67g actual L-Citrulline, so it is below the 6g pure L-Citrulline range most strongly supported for peak nitric oxide effects. It is still useful, but this is not an extreme pump formula.

Why does Skull include both choline L-bitartrate and Alpha GPC?

They both support acetylcholine-related focus, but they are not identical in feel or function. Combining 500mg choline L-bitartrate with 300mg Alpha GPC 50% gives Skull a broader cholinergic profile, especially when paired with Huperzine-A to reduce acetylcholine breakdown.

Will Skull make me tingle?

Possibly. Beta-alanine commonly causes a harmless tingling sensation called paresthesia, and Skull contains 1,600mg per scoop. Some users feel it strongly, some barely notice it, and it does not indicate effectiveness either way.

Can I stack Panda Supps Skull with creatine?

Yes, and it is a smart stack. Skull does not include creatine, so adding 3-5g creatine monohydrate daily complements the formula by supporting phosphocreatine recycling and strength output while Skull handles energy, focus, and some endurance support.

How long before training should I take Skull?

Most users do best with 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That gives the fast caffeine sources time to begin absorbing and allows the tyrosine and cholinergic ingredients to come online before your main working sets.

Is Skull good for fasted morning workouts?

Yes, especially if you want a quicker onset. Taking it on a relatively empty stomach usually makes the stimulant and focus effects feel faster, though users sensitive to caffeine may prefer a small meal first.

Does Skull contain proprietary blends?

No. The label is fully transparent, which is a major advantage in a category full of hidden-dose matrices. You can see every active ingredient and judge the formula honestly.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.

That ending 😫
Format: Kindle
I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol

This should be interesting! She’s gonna run and then what’s his face is gonna grab her. I’m worried! Wow that was a great book and cliffhanger! Loving this!
