Nutrex Lipo 6 Defining Gel is a topical fat-burner that uses stimulants to help move fat, not just skin-smoothing stuff. It's simple: it gives you a real kick where you apply it, with ingredients that boost your body's heat and fat breakdown, like in pill form. This isn't your average lotion or sweat cream—it's for serious cutters who want something strong on the outside.

Caffeine anhydrous leads the pack. It's a go-to in sports supps for waking you up, firing up your nervous system, and getting fat moving by blocking certain enzymes and receptors. In gel form, how much gets in depends on the tech and amount, which isn't listed here. You'll feel it right away as a buzz in the spot, and maybe even a full-body lift if it absorbs well.

Advantra Z® is a branded extract from Citrus aurantium, packed with synephrine, which shows up in fat-loss stacks for its energy-boosting effects. It teams up great with caffeine on different paths to amp things up. The branded version is solid because it's standardized and checked better than random bitter orange stuff. But heads up: no dose info means you can't compare it to studies on pills.

Yohimbine HCl is the most aggressive ingredient in the formula. Yohimbine is clas

Key Highlights

  • Caffeine Anhydrous — your classic pick-me-up that boosts alertness, ramps up your system, and helps pull fat out for burning. In this gel, it gives that lively, fired-up vibe to the area, though the exact dose isn't shared.
  • Advantra Z® Citrus aurantium — a trusted synephrine extract, not some no-name bitter orange. Branded means better checks on quality and consistency, which is key in a world full of sketchy plant-based stimulants.
  • Yohimbine HCl — one of the toughest fat-fighters out there. It blocks certain receptors to help with those stubborn spots, especially if you're already pretty shredded and chasing that extra definition.
  • 3,5-Diiodo-L-thyronine — this isn't just for show; it's a real metabolism booster. It sets this apart from basic gels and screams serious cut mode.
  • Multi-angle fat-burning approach — no single star here. It mixes caffeine, synephrine, yohimbine, and T2 to hit energy use and signals from different sides.
  • Spot-on application — slap it where you want the focus during a cut. Way different from popping pills, and it turns getting ready for cardio or lifts into a targeted ritual.
  • Stim-packed body gel — most gels just warm or tighten a bit. This one packs real fat-burner ingredients, making it tougher than your average cream.
  • Advantra Z® on board — a smart pick, not fluff. Going with a standardized synephrine beats vague listings in stim-heavy supps.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned bodybuilders in a deep cut, with calories, sodium, cardio, and training locked in. The mix of caffeine, synephrine from Advantra Z®, yohimbine HCl, and 3,5-diiodo-L-thyronine suits folks wanting a tough topical for visual tweaks, not newbie stuff.
  • Guys and gals gearing up for trips, shoots, or events, slapping it on waist, back, thighs, or tough spots. Built on heat and energy boosters, it's spot-on for short, hard pushes to look sharper.
  • Stim lovers who handle caffeine and yohimbine fine. This brings that intensity to a gel, great for adding ritual and feel to your diet and cardio.
  • Fasted cardio fans who want a gel pre-session and get why yohimbine pops in lean protocols. Fits physique life, but manage stims from other sources.
  • Mid-to-advanced gym rats who are lean but annoyed by the final polish. Not for big weight drops; it's for defining where fat sticks around.
  • Folks picking gel over more pills. If you want comp help without extra swallowing, this delivers known burners in a new way.

How to Use

Rub the gel on clean, dry skin where you're targeting, before workouts or cardio, early enough so stims don't keep you up. Go easy first time since it's got caffeine anhydrous, synephrine, yohimbine HCl, and 3,5-diiodo-L-thyronine—making it a beast for body comp. Massage it in well, wash hands right away to avoid getting it in eyes or elsewhere. Skip broken, irritated, or fresh-shaved skin. If you're on coffee, pre's, or burners, watch total stims till you know your limit. Best for fasted cardio, lifts, or active times where the heat fits. No loading needed, but take breaks if you're heavy on stims to keep tolerance in check. Keep it sealed, cool, dry, and out of kids' reach.

What to Expect

Right after you rub it in, you'll notice the skin tingling and know exactly where it's at. In 10-20 minutes, it ramps up, so it's great before morning cardio or workouts, not bedtime. During your session, it's more about that heated, focused cut mindset than pumps. Since doses aren't listed, how much you feel overall varies. First week, it's mostly the habit and ritual making your cut sharper. Over 2-4 weeks, real changes come from sticking to diet, training, and consistency—not just the gel.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Nutrex Lipo 6 Defining Gel?

It is a topical thermogenic gel designed for body-composition support during a cutting phase. Unlike standard skin-tightening creams, it uses recognizable fat-burner actives including caffeine anhydrous, Advantra Z® synephrine, yohimbine HCl, and 3,5-diiodo-L-thyronine.

Does this product have caffeine?

Yes. The formula includes caffeine anhydrous, but the exact amount is not disclosed in the available label data. Because it is paired with synephrine and yohimbine, it should still be treated like a high-stimulant product.

Is Nutrex Lipo 6 Defining Gel good for stubborn fat areas?

That is clearly the intended use case. The most relevant ingredient for that positioning is yohimbine HCl, which is commonly discussed for alpha-2 adrenergic receptor antagonism in stubborn-fat contexts, but the product should still be viewed as an adjunct to dieting and training, not a replacement for them.

Are the ingredient doses fully transparent?

No. The active ingredients are identified, but the specific amounts are not disclosed in the data available here. That means you can evaluate the ingredient choices, but not verify whether each one matches the amounts typically used in research.

When should I apply this gel?

Most users will get the best experience applying it before cardio or before training, when the thermogenic feel and stimulant profile are most useful. Avoid late-evening use if you are sensitive to stimulants.

Can I stack this with a pre-workout or fat burner?

You can, but you need to be careful. This gel already contains caffeine, synephrine, and yohimbine-style stimulant actives, so stacking it with a high-stim pre-workout or oral fat burner can push total stimulant exposure too high.

Is this product beginner-friendly?

No. The inclusion of yohimbine HCl and 3,5-diiodo-L-thyronine makes it a better fit for advanced users with established stimulant tolerance and a clear body-composition goal.

Will this gel cause a warming or active sensation?

That is a normal part of the experience with a product like this. Most users apply it specifically because they want a noticeable, active, pre-cardio or pre-training feel in the area of application.

Can this gel replace diet and cardio?

No. Spot reduction is not a shortcut around energy balance. The best way to think about this formula is as an aggressive adjunct that fits into a real cutting plan built on calorie control, training, and consistency.

Why does Advantra Z® matter in this formula?

Advantra Z® is a branded Citrus aurantium extract standardized for synephrine. In a stimulant and thermogenic formula, using a known branded raw material is generally preferable to a generic bitter orange listing because standardization and ingredient identity matter.

Natural, Gentle, and Smells Great
Style: Most Popular
I picked these up to try something more natural, and I love them. They lather well, feel gentle on the skin, and leave it feeling clean without drying it out. The scents are really nice too. They feel like good quality bars.

Longevity, scent, quality 10/10
Style: Most Popular
I’ve gone through just about the whole box and I will be buying more. I bought these early November 2025 and now that it’s almost May of 2026 I’m down to my last two bars so id say they last awhile. I use them for body wash and will be using them for hand soap once I go through my stash of bar soaps from other brands. It lathers nicely, with a light scent, natural not over bearing chemical scents. I use this as body wash and hand soap. I haven’t noticed any skin irritation, just a good ole natural soap (: I love how there’s no plastic in sight other than maybe amazon packaging

Better than expected...
Style: For Him
I love going to a craft show or a place that sells a handcrafted soap. A good craftsperson can produce a high-quality soap that cleanses, moisturizes, and leaves a good scent. I gave these a shot after running out of those soaps. They did beat my expectations. I thought these would be a factory produced and chemically. While you can tell these are churned out pretty regularly in some sort of factory, the overall quality is good. Each scent is full and unique without being overpowering. They seem to be natural and not generic chemical smells. Really enjoy each of the unique scents. The bars themselves aren't that big. They come in a piece of cardboard and are very uniform. There is some texture to the soap, as well as an added bit of something to give it some grit. I like it. This isn't lava soap but there is something (about the size of fresh ground pepped) mixed throughout each bar. A drawback overall is how long they last. I would estimate less than a week for a daily user. I thought, given the denseness, they would last for a longer than they do. I'll probably use the entire box in under a month. Of note is the lack of slimy or slipperiness to the soap. I like this. Some soaps that I've used in the past leave you slimy and you can barely hang on to the bar. This rinses very well and doesn't make you feel slimy. Overall, these are a good replacement for the 'true' homemade soap. I am happy with them and would purchase them again.

Game changer!!!!
Style: For Him
Like a lot of folk who watch youtube I have been bombarded by Dr. Squatch soap ads over the last couple yrs. Couple that with my new mission of doing things as close to natural as I can, and my interest was peaked. I then did what most folks do when they want to learn more about said product, I went to the site and dropped a proverbial brick in my shorts when I looked at the price!!! I didn't want to give up on swapping the basement lab experiment that is my normal body wash for something more natural, but I also didn't want to sell one (or both) of my kids to do it. Enter crate 61. I didn't know this company from adam, they just had a "manly" variety box at a decent price with simple ingredients so why not. I'm here to tell you I'm never going back to "normal" body wash again. I have the definition of combination skin. My father's skin was greasy, my moms skin is bone dry. Therefore for the first hour after my shower I have tumble weeds rolling across my forehead, and from then on, It feels like I headbutted an oil tanker. After a couple days of using this soap I felt 1000% more balanced. It's not a miracle in a bar, but I have never felt moisturized AND clean getting out of the shower in my whole life. Those effects last hours. Eventually I get greasy again but you can't fight nature regardless (this also does't claim too) but the point is I feel great. The main ingredients in all of the bars are a combination of olive oil, coconut oil, avocado and palm oil with other variations depending on the bar. Those good oils have been proven to have an anti inflammatory effect on the skin and while I wouldn't call it a cure for acne, my skin is much clearer. I chalk it up to simple ingredients vs chemicals in modern soaps. As far as the scents, It's a mixed bag and completely subjective. Beside I have never had a shower wash of any kind stick around for more than an hr anyway so It's a moot point. I for one dig some, not others, hence the variety pack but I'll know what to order going forward. The 6 bars do come in a very nice box and while it would be a fine gift as packaged, it tends to combine the smells until they are removed for a day or so. In regards to longevity, 1 bar has so far lasted 2 weeks with only half gone. I'm an average dude but I'm bald (i use it for hair soap too with no dandruff) and basically take military showers so millage may vary. I recommend using a loofa and turn the heat down on your shower just a little. If you use the bar directly on your skin in a hot shower it's probably going to disappear quick. Honestly I'm ecstatic over this product and even recommended it to my sister who has the same dry vs greasy daily epic battle type skin as I do. The only downside so far is the eucamint bar I'm using now is not my fav and I want to move on but its holding up like a champ, go figure! UPDATE: 4/12/20 I'm still not through the entire box of soap and it still feels great to shower with. I have 2 full bars left after all this time so longevity is a plus. I have noticed that using a loofa less is more. I actually get a better scent out of the soap if I don't go crazy with it, just a few quick rubs on the loofa and I'm golden plus I bought a soap saver and keep it on the opposite end of the shower head. In all fairness I shower about 2 to 3 times a week with Neutrogena acne soap because of the aforementioned greasy skin but this soap helps keep that soap from drying everything out too much.
