NutraBio L-Carnitine 3000 keeps it simple with one main goal: give you 3,000mg of free-form L-Carnitine in an easy liquid shot, no stims, no sugar, no hidden blends. Carnitine isn't something you feel right away like a hype boost. It's a helper that moves long-chain fatty acids into your cell's power plants so they can burn for energy. This stuff is for folks chasing better body comp, steady daily energy, and less fatigue, not just quick stim highs.

The star is L-Carnitine at 3,000mg per tablespoon. That's a solid dose, higher than the 2g/day in some studies. It shuttles fats into mitochondria – those are your cell's energy factories – for burning via beta-oxidation. That's why it's popular for cutting and cardio. Studies show it's decent, not magic. In one trial with older folks, 2g/day cut fatigue, dropped fat, and built muscle. In guys lifting weights, 2g/day of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate helped with recovery and hormone tweaks after workouts, but that's early stuff. Bottom line: no stim feel, but a good daily dose backs up energy production, fights tiredness, and helps body comp over time.

Pantothenic Acid at 10mg is vitamin B5, which helps make coenzyme A for energy use. It's not the main draw, but it fits with carnitine since both deal with cell fuel han

NutraBio L-Carnitine 3000 by NutraBio contains 10mg Pantothenic Acid (B-5), a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 3,000mg L-Carnitine per serving – that's the whole deal here, and NutraBio lays it out clear with no blend tricks. This dose beats the 2g/day from studies, making it a real carnitine option, not just window dressing.
  • Helps move fats to burn in mitochondria – L-Carnitine hauls long-chain fatty acids into your cell's energy spots for beta-oxidation. If you're cutting, that's the mechanism that keeps it useful.
  • Liquid form for easy daily use – one tablespoon delivers it all, no scoops, no clumps, no shaker. For stuff like carnitine, sticking with it daily is what gets results.
  • No stims on purpose – zero caffeine, no thermogenics, no jitters. Great for late workouts, fasted cardio, or adding to your pre without overloading on stims.
  • No sugar, no carbs – fits low-carb or keto plans without extra calories. Keeps it clean for targeted use, not a sugary drink.
  • Pantothenic Acid at 10mg – vitamin B5 backs coenzyme A for energy. Not the star, but it supports the metabolic vibe.
  • Clear label all the way – every dose listed plain, no hidden matrix. In a world of vague fat burners, this honesty stands out.
  • Backed by research – L-Carnitine has okay evidence for fighting fatigue, body comp, and recovery. Not a miracle, but it's got a real job with some studies behind it.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters cutting calories who want fat metabolism help without stims. The 3,000mg L-Carnitine gives a real daily dose while keeping room for their pre or caffeine.
  • Fasted cardio folks training early, no caffeine shakes, gut load, or sugar. A quick 15ml liquid is perfect for walks, treadmill, biking, or steady work when you need easy metabolic push.
  • Late-night gym rats wanting workout support without heart racing or sleep issues. Stim-free means it's good for after-work sessions unlike caffeinated burners.
  • Athletes with a solid stack needing just carnitine, not a weak version in pre. This delivers 3 grams clear, no blend confusion, no overlap with other supps.
  • Everyday folks on energy and fatigue, not intense gym highs. L-Carnitine plus pantothenic acid fits simple routines for mitochondrial support.
  • Over-40 crowd staying lean and active while handling recovery and energy. Carnitine studies hit home for fatigue, and this is an easy add without fluff.

How to Use

Take 1 tablespoon (15ml) daily. Best 20-30 minutes before workouts or cardio, but consistency beats perfect timing for carnitine. Straight up or in cold water if you want it lighter. If acidic stuff bugs your stomach, have with food. For max muscle uptake long-term, time with carbs – insulin aids transport. Stacks fine with pre, creatine, protein, electrolytes – no stims or duplicates. No cycling needed like high-stim burners; daily is best. Store per label, cap tight for flavor and freshness.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: you sip a tablespoon of liquid carnitine, no gut issues, no energy spike. Minutes 10-30: no big kickoff, which fits since it's not like caffeine. In workouts or cardio, it's more about easy use than a feel. Days 1-7: the win is keeping up the habit, especially for fasted cardio or cuts. Weeks 2-4: here's where it clicks, with steady use helping energy and fatigue. If you want tingles or focus, look elsewhere; if you need daily metabolic backup, this timeline works.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much L-Carnitine is in each serving of NutraBio L-Carnitine 3000?

Each 1 tablespoon (15ml) serving provides 3,000mg of L-Carnitine. That is a meaningful standalone dose and sits above the 2g/day level used in multiple human studies.

Does NutraBio L-Carnitine 3000 contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This formula is stimulant-free, with no caffeine and no thermogenic stimulant blend. It is designed for users who want metabolic support without jitters, elevated heart rate, or sleep disruption.

What does the 10mg of pantothenic acid do in this formula?

Pantothenic acid is vitamin B5, included at 10mg to support energy metabolism through its role in coenzyme A-related pathways. It is a support ingredient, not the primary reason to buy the product, but it fits the metabolic focus of the formula.

When is the best time to take this liquid carnitine?

Most users do best taking it 20-30 minutes before cardio or training, or with a meal for daily consistency. If your goal is maximizing carnitine uptake into muscle over time, taking it with a carbohydrate-containing meal is a smart evidence-based option.

Will I feel NutraBio L-Carnitine 3000 working right away?

Probably not in the way you feel a pre-workout. L-Carnitine is not a stimulant, so the value is in consistent daily use supporting energy metabolism and fat utilization over time rather than an immediate rush.

Can I stack NutraBio L-Carnitine 3000 with a pre-workout?

Yes. Because it contains no caffeine, pump agents, or creatine, it stacks cleanly with most pre-workouts. It is especially useful if your current pre-workout does not include a meaningful carnitine dose.

Is this product good for fasted cardio?

Yes, that is one of the most practical use cases. The liquid format is convenient before early cardio, and the stimulant-free profile means you can use it without forcing caffeine intake first thing in the morning.

Is this the same as acetyl-L-carnitine?

No. This product provides standard L-Carnitine, which is typically used more for peripheral and metabolic applications, whereas acetyl-L-carnitine is often chosen for brain and cognitive applications because it crosses the blood-brain barrier more readily.

Do I need to cycle NutraBio L-Carnitine 3000?

No formal cycling is required. L-Carnitine makes the most sense as a daily consistency supplement, especially during cutting phases or extended cardio blocks.

Does this formula contain sugar or carbs?

No. The verified panel shows zero sugar and zero carbs per serving, which helps keep the formula aligned with low-calorie and low-carb nutrition strategies.

Does the job, but assembling by yourself is a nightmare
Size: 4 Panel-88'', Color: Black
Does it do the job? Yes, although as others said there are small gaps but it's not a huge deal. The price is also good. But the reason I'm giving it a 3/5 is simply because the assembly for this was a complete nightmare. I honestly don't think I would recommend this to anyone unless they have another person to help them assemble it, because doing it by myself was terrible. I don't think I'd buy this again, I think I'd opt to just spend a bit more money and save myself the trouble personally.

Reasonably adequate room divider
Size: 4 Panel-88'', Color: Beige
I'm reviewing this as I assemble it. Couple things: 1. I didn't expect as much assembly. I've ordered dividers before and they more-or-less came as one unit. Sometimes the panels needed screwing together. These require complete assembly and come largely as three rods: two make up vertical columns and snap together. Another one (called part "C") makes the horizontal columns and you have two of these per panel (one attaches to part "A" and the other part "B"). These parts are metal with a plastic shim. Using the wood screws to attach to part "C" is a real pain in the neck. There's not much holding the panel in place so it's a little tricky. One tactic I've found while I'm assembling that works for the initial connections from parts A and B to their respective "C" rods is to hold the screw in place with a screw driver and then rotating the rod around the screw. This will do a number on your hands if you aren't wearing gloves. This obviously doesn't work when completing the connection. Using a driller driver on this is really near impossible because there isn't anything you can use to secure it in place. You can use it on the first panel, but as it gets longer, it becomes increasingly difficult and because it isn't wood, it's really tight. I considered drilling larger pilot holes but since there are only 4x4=16 screws I need to screw in, I just decided to use my screw driver to complete it. 2. Also related to assembly. When completing the panels (attaching parts "A" and "B" to parts "C" that have the cloth cover on it), you have to be careful that when you tighten that side that it isn't loosening the other side. Because the pilot holes are so tight, you can end up rotating the rod, which rotates it in the same direction as looser on the original side. Having someone hold the "C" rod in place while you screw it in is probably the easiest approach. I didn't have a 2nd person, so I just had to keep flipping back and forth and tightening both sides as I screwed it in. Not the worlds biggest deal, but annoying nonetheless. 3. The way the instructions are written, they seem to suggest building this thing progressively; that is, you do panel 1, then 2, connect them together, then do 3 and connect it, etc. I took a different route that I suspect saved me quite a bit of trouble, and I assembled all four panels first and THEN connected everything together. 4. For the love of God make sure you check that the plastic tip is on the same side for every panel. Otherwise, you have to take one side apart again and reverse it. On the bright side, if this happens, you've essentially bored out the pilot holes to be the correct size... which is having me question if I shouldn't have just bored them out to the appropriate width in the first place. 5. Attaching all of the panels together is also an enormous pain in the ass unless you happen to have an 88" long elevated surface. Attaching the legs either requires you to elevate one side, which will invariably twist the inexplicably cheap material in the bottom connectors... or you can attach them sideways... or you can put this thing upright, having two people hold the panels in place while you use the allen wrench to tighten the bolts on the underside. None of those are particularly great options. NOW on to the utility itself. 1. The panels do let some light through (I didn't believe their advertising, and that was one of the reasons that I bought beige, is that I wanted it to not be too dark). They aren't transparent though, so it isn't that far off from their description. They functionally work great, and keep the mess of wires hidden and when I'm sitting at my desk, actually reflect quite a bit of light into my office. Great! 2. My wife has described these as "the most hideous piece of furniture ever conceived of by man." So it does not have spouse approval factor. Granted, she will seldom be in my office area, so that isn't the end of the world. 3. These are really hard to align in a way that doesn't look a little tacky. There are some plastic connectors but they don't do a bang up job of keeping these in place. Each panel is slightly tilted and it's... quite obvious. I may at some point make my own improvements to these to help make them more level. It's not a particularly expensive product so I wasn't expecting much so it's fine and I'm not going to ding them on the rating because of it. All said, would I buy this product again? Probably not. It's assembly was ~90 minutes which is about 75 minutes longer than I was anticipating spending on this (not including the 5 minute writeup that I'm doing here). But am I going to return it? Also no, if for no other reason I'd be just as annoyed taking it apart and putting it in the original box to return it.

Great for using behind me on Zoom calls
Color: Black, Size: 1 Large Panel
This works great as a place to put tapestries behind me when I'm on Zoom calls... much nicer than blurring out the background. Easy to put together, large, works great.

Good quality, very adorable solution.
Color: Black, Size: 1 Large Panel
Easy to put together and take apart. Wish it had a storage bag of some sort—that would be very helpful. Used it for our mom while she was on hospice at home. The wheels made it very easy to move around as necessary. Nice and tall and wide for privacy. Highly recommend.

Nice, large room divider for privacy
Color: Black, Size: 1 Large Panel
Easy to assemble. Fabric screen covers the large frame very well and provides privacy by separating spaces. I would not exactly call it sturdy, but it does the job and stands freely with no problem. It’s lightweight and portable if you need to move it. Came with a screwdriver and wrench tool for assembly.
