Ingredients: Ginger, Licorice, Holy Basil, Dandelion leaves, Burdock root, Rose petals, Elderflower, Safflower petals, Natural flavors(Organic Compliant).

Taste: Fruity notes with a delicious ginger finish.

Caffeine Free 

Brewing Instructions: 8-10 ounces of water (filtered recommended) per teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Bring water to 212°F/ 100°C. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

This filter is very comparable to the stock filter. Fits the BMW G20 just like OEM. I would not say it is two times "heavier" as advertised on the box, but it is very comparable to stock. It's the same weight and similar construction. BMW has a very robust cabin filter. This will be my go to. I did purchase another aftermarket cabin filter that fit well, but was thin, flimsy and had a bad chemical odor. This one is fine and airflow is the same as OEM. I change them every year or so.
