Commonly used by goat producers, it helps prevent urinary calculi (kidney stones) that are especially common in castrated male goats and bucks. This flavorless, easy-to-mix powder is also used to treat metabolic alkalosis, dissolve struvite stones, and enhance the effectiveness of certain antimicrobials.
