Il gusto morbido, caldo, armonioso, con tannini evoluti e finale amarognolo. Il rossese, vitigno autoctono del territorio, viene coltivato con l'antico sistema ad alberello. La fermentazione condotta alla temperatura controllata di 30C in vasche di acciaio inox, con lieviti selezionati. Durante la macerazione
Colore rosso rubino con riflessi granata. Il bouquet richiama profumi di rosa, viola appassita, fragola di bosco, erbe aromatiche e liquirizia. Il gusto è morbido, caldo, armonioso, con tannini evoluti e finale amarognolo.Il rossese, vitigno autoctono del territorio, viene coltivato con l'antico sistema ad alberello. La fermentazione è condotta alla temperatura controllata di 30°C in vasche di acciaio inox, con lieviti selezionati. Durante la macerazione della durata di 6-8 giorni, vengono eseguiti rimontaggi e délestage, per favorire l'estrazione di colore e aromi. La fermentazione malolattica e il successivo affinamento avvengono in acciaio. La messa in commercio avviene nel mese di novembre successivo alla vendemmia.
Il Rossese di Dolceacqua Superiore DOC di Maixei a tavola accompagna ottimamente carni bianche e cacciagione di piuma.

Great for busy feet

My five-year-old daughter loves these Skechers slip-ins—and she is not easy on her shoes! You can see in the photo, she’s already put plenty of miles on them. They’ve been through the washing machine at least twice and still look great—the bright colors are a big hit with her and they hold up well in the wash.
One of the elastic bands on top did come loose, but I was able to fix it quickly with a dab of superglue. She slips them on and off all by herself, which is perfect as we’re still learning to tie laces. All in all, a great purchase for the price—especially since kids grow so fast and put their shoes through a lot!
