The Micro Scooters Deluxe Mini Micro ECO Scooter in Green with LED wheels has been made using discarded fishing nets that pollute our oceans. Working with partners, Micro Scooters recover discarded ocean plastic and transform it into the durable, colour-pop material used for their decks.
From intuitive lean-to-steer design, to adjustable handlebar for years of scooting adventures, all Micros are built to last - with the highest quality, replaceable parts - so they can be passed on and never end up in landfill.
The deck is made from recycled fishing nets that are removed from the ocean, cleaned and broken down into chips. The chips are then melted, coloured and poured into the deck moulds. Combined with Micro Scooters' suite of replaceable parts so that generations of little ones can tread lightly on their planet.
