Benuara, Syrah and Nero d'Avola, for a bottle with great character - Cusumano

To the eye, this red wine is ruby red crossed by a few more purplish flashes. The scent is deep, towards the most intense fruity notes, enriched by a background of sweet spices.

The taste is very soft, fresh and harmonious, characterized by a very fresh sip.

In this bottle, the Cusumano winery has decided to combine an international variety, such as Syrah, and a typically Sicilian one, Nero d'Avola, resulting in a very full-bodied and structured bottle, but also very elegant.

The vines are grown on the Presti and Pagni Estate, in Monreale, at about 250 meters above sea level.

The grapes are cold macerated in the must at 7°C, and then fermented in steel. After which the refinement is carried out for 6 months in steel, and for 20% of the total wine, for 2 months in oak barrels.
