Named after the Cimarron River just outside our home in Colorado, the Cimarron reel carries the spirit of the West. Rugged. Wild. Untamed. The Cimarron Liberty is a limited edition expression of a reel that has been a cornerstone of the Ross lineup since the 1980s, built right here in Montrose with the kind of finish work that tells you it was made by hand.
The Liberty edition pairs the proven Animas drag system with a bronze Cerakote drag knob and a brown canvas micarta handle, giving this reel a warmth and a character you can feel in your palm. The frame and spool are fully anodized. The escapement cover is Cerakoted for added durability and a finished look that holds up to seasons of hard use. Strategically enhanced frame walls make it tougher than the standard Cimarron without adding weight where it matters least.
This is a special run, made in limited quantities, and it is not eligible for promotional pricing.
