Una delicata maschera per capelli con pigmenti colorati non permanenti. Usando Colour Refresh puoi facilmente intensificare il tuo colore o cambiarlo. Il colore svanisce in maniera progressiva e dura circa 4-10 lavaggi. Il risultato dipende dalla qualità del capello e la maschera risulterà più efficace su capelli trattati o porosi. Ricorda che una maschera pigmentata non può schiarire il colore. Le dolci e tenui sfumature color pesca di Peach di Maria Nila sono perfette per i capelli biondi chiari e decolorati. Come utilizzare Colour Refresh a casa:

1 Shampoo: fai lo shampoo e risciacqua. Questo prepara i capelli al trattamento e fa in modo che i pigmenti siano assorbiti.

2 Tampona i capelli: strizza i capelli e tamponali delicatamente.

3 Miscela e applica Colour Refresh: crea la tua miscela o utilizza Colour Refresh puro. Assicurati di applicarlo in maniera uniforme, con le dita o un pettine. Ricorda di usare i guanti.

4 Lascia in posa: lascia in posa per 3 -10 minuti a seconda dell'intensità desiderata.

5 Risciacqua: risciacqua abbondantemente per eliminare ogni eccesso di colore.

6 Conditioner: concludi il trattamento con il conditioner. Questo passaggio chiuderà le cuticole e bloccherà i pigmenti all'interno.

I’ve read several books on EFT tapping and have tapped along with various led tapping sessions and recordings. Not one thing ever changed AT ALL. The author gives an issue that everyone needs to tap on before anything else...and darned if she wasn’t right. That cleared and opened a lot for me. I am absolutely going to be purchasing more of her work on specific issues and I really feel that I am finally going to heal these issues on a deep and profound level. The overwhelming sense of grief and loss goes much further back than I had thought. I had thought it all centered around quite recent extreme losses but there was actually so much more I hadn’t addressed that happened way before that that deeply impacted me in ways that I never realized before this book. I wish I had found this book years ago and will be forever grateful to the author. Tapping looks weird, seems weird, feels weird and it’s hard to believe that it really works...but yes...it works. I am just getting started with EFT and am very hopeful and anticipatory of receiving great benefits from it. One of the very best (and incredibly affordable!) purchases I have EVER made.
