- יש לבצע תרגילים לפני ההטלה (או בממוצע 3-5 ימים בשבוע בתקופות של חופש)
- סט אחד של 25 חזרות לכל תרגיל (תרגילים 2 ו-3 כוללים שימוש בנשימה תוך כדי מתיחה במרווחים של 30 שניות)

Better quality and even better price

The Timberland leather wallet has a classic look and feels high quality. The leather is soft but sturdy and breaks in nicely with use. It has plenty of card slots and room for cash without being too bulky. The stitching feels durable and built to last. Best of all, the price here was more affordable than buying directly from Timberland, making it an even better value.
