Description
The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener™ is an angle adjustable, three-sided abrasive clamp style sharpener that makes manual sharpening faster, easier, and more precise than ever. This sharpening system delivers precision and repeatability, allowing you to sharpen every knife you own with ease.
The sharpening angle can be easily adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° increments, accommodating a wide range of knives. The Tri-Brasive™ Rod quickly indexes between three plates: coarse 320 grit diamond, fine 600 grit diamond, and a fine grit ceramic plate, to restore a sharp edge and hone an incredibly keen edge on your knives. Replacement diamond and ceramic plates are available.
The innovative V-Block Clamp design quickly and safely secures the knife, while the sharpening base provides a stable platform for benchtop sharpening. The removable clamp ensures the knife is held securely and consistently during the sharpening process.
