15040-16 -this liner is a 16' steel liner that will have either a blue or black coating depending on stock, this liner is  good for .023-.045.  This liner is used in the HTP 15 series guns,  we do not recommended for use with 24 series gun for Pro Pulse 220 or Pro Pulse 300 please check out the low drag liner 15040-16LD.  Not sure this is the correct replacement liner-please give us a call so we can help you confirm 847-357-0700.

15040-16-023 this liner is a 16' steel liner that will have either a black coating depending on stock, this liner is  good for .023-.030 wire.  

part# 15040-16LD is the 16' Low Drag liner for the HTP® 24 Series MIG welding gun used on the Pro Pulse™ 220 MTS, Revolution 2500 and Pro Pulse™ 300. Runs .023" to .035" diameter wires- this liner is made in the US.

part# 15040-16-035-045 liner-16' Low Drag liner for .035-.045 wire can be used with Pro Pulse 300 machines with either the 24 series or 36 series gun-this liner is made in the US.

PLEASE NOTE-YOU WILL NEED TO CUT THIS LINER TO THE CORRECT SIZE FOR YOUR GUN.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not purchase if you intend to use the Access Code. I was very careful to scratch off the Access code, but you can see it was still unreadable. I went to the website and submitted a ticket. One option for a reason to submit a ticket is 'unreadable access code", so they know this is a problem. They ask for a photo of the code and a receipt of purchase. I sent both. Then they asked for proof that the book was purchased NEW. This was not noted on the Amazon invoice. I was instructed to reach out to the vendor for the additional info. Or I could spend more money on another access code. There are other study options available.
