curli CLASP HARNESS AIR-MESH

With the curli clasp harness, we present an all-around improved harness that once again raises the industry benchmark to a new level. The new, tighter cut provides improved ergonomics. The harness is now much more supple on the dog's body. This also distributes the pulling force better and causes less friction. The modern dog harness is super light and yet very robust! Here, compared to the previous model, 20% weight was saved.

3D COMFORT FIT

All our curli harnesses go through a unique design and manufacturing process. The manufacturing method is characterized in particular by the precise processing of multiple layers of fabric.

The 3D shape is created when the extremely precisely cut layers are sewn together, and the cutting patterns are crucial to the 3D shaping. Note that a curli harness never lies completely flat when not worn - this is the hallmark of our 3D Comfort Fit.

This method means that our harnesses prove to be particularly dimensionally stable and robust. This allows your dog complete freedom of movement and makes it easier for you to control him without stress.

Patented curli clasp "Buckle"

The highlight of the new harness is the practical buckle made of high-strength POM material. The patented curli Clasp buckle is enthroned at the very top of the harness and offers the dog owner maximum ease of use.

The modern buckle of the dog harness, with which the leash can be easily attached with one hand, is not only extremely robust and withstands tensile loads of over 70 kg (size 3XS, 2XS, XS, S) or over 100 kg (size M, L, XL), but also reduces the weight of the harness again enormously.

In our tests, the new curli clasp buckles made of nylon withstood loads of over 134 kg./295 lb. By comparison, Zinc-alloy metal buckles are weaker than nylon and will break at 118 kg./260 lb. Plastics like nylon are very reliable and are used, for example, in aeroplanes and ski and snowboard bindings. In other words, wherever safety is a decisive factor.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Well thought construction

One-hand operation

A leash can be easily attached to the curli Clasp harness with one hand. The leashes are available from curli to match the new colors of the harness.

Customized size selection

We have completely altered the cut of the new harnesses to make them fit even better than before. In conjunction with this, we have also modified the size tables. Therefore, an old size may no longer fit. Before buying a curli clasp harness with the new cut for the first time, we recommend that you check the measurements using the new size chart.

Maximum flexibility

Several tests with different dogs on different surfaces have shown that nothing stands in the way of joyful back rolling as the flexible clasp rotates around with the longer straps. Also the adjustment possibility by Velcro fasteners provide flexibility in movement. Thanks to the lined buckle also guaranteed nothing chafes in the fur!
