Al palato offre un sorso fresco e sapido, con una sinuosa mineralità a tracciarne il sorso e la beva.“Matiù” - L’Antica Quercia è caratterizzato da vibrante acidità ed elegante mineralità; proprio queste caratteristiche lo rendono un vino dalla beva fresca e appagante. Le uve di glera, sono coltivate in agricoltura biologica, nella zona del Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG è la versione “Matiù” è proposta nella tipologia Spumante Brut, come Prosecco Superiore e Millesimato. Dopo una rigorosa vendemmia manuale e in cassetta, le uve vengono pressate intere, a cui segue il frazionamento dei mosti e la fermentazione. Affina sui lieviti per tutto l’inverno e nella primavera successiva alla vendemmia viene effettuata la presa di spuma.
Ottimo come aperitivo, il “Matiù” è perfetto anche abbinato a piccoli antipasti e stuzzichini, insalate di mare e di polpo.

My Dog Loves Them

Important!: Note the Size. These are TINY Toys.
The most important thing is to double (or triple!) check the size before ordering. I got the lobster, and though it looks small in the photos, it's much tinier in person. The image with the measurements lists in centimeters first, so it's super easy to give it a glance, assume it's in inches, and move on. Despite knowing the size, when I took it out of the package I assumed I was sent the wrong product, as it looks like one of those mini stuffies people hang on their car rearview mirror. Aside from sizing, what you see is what you get and it looks like the photos as far as coloring, material, etc.

12 year old lab loves these
