What Does Hair, Skin & Nails Do?

Hair, Skin & Nails provides a blend of carefully selected vitamins and minerals that contribute to the normal maintenance of skin, hair and nails. That's why we've included vitamin A, B2, B3, zinc, selenium, iodine and copper as they all contribute to the normal maintenance of skin. Directions

Take 1-3 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Drink plenty of water (2+ litres a day) when supplementing with hyaluronic acid.
