This EGR cooler kit comes with a new square-style EGR cooler and an installation kit that includes the water outlet connector hose, intake gaskets, o-ring kit, and turbo bolts.
One of the major concerns with the factory EGR Cooler is that when the internal brazing cracks, coolant is sucked into the intake manifold. From the manifold it enters the combustion chamber which usually results in a blown head gasket or hydro-locked motor and costly repair bills for thousands of dollars!

Additionally, they guarantee that this upgraded EGR cooler it will work with any performance chip or tuner on the market. It will even work flawlessly with the stock Ford Powerstroke ECM without need for any modification. Installation is a simple, direct, drop in replacement on any 2004, 2005, 2006, or 2007 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty or Ford Excursion with a 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engine.
