TRI-FORM 3X

TRI-FORM 3X is VAYU’s proprietary three-material Leading Edge technology, combining ALUULA DCC 160 with dual-density Dacron in a layered construction. Each material is placed with purpose: ALUULA provides ultra-high tensile strength and minimal stretch; the outer Dacron layers offer abrasion resistance and directional flex control. Together, they form a high-stiffness, low-weight skeleton that resists deformation under load, enhances canopy tension, and improves response at every wind angle.
