3 Fonteinen Cuvee Armand & Gaston is a blend of one, two, and three-year old traditional lambics, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient oak maturation, and bottle evolution result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are alike, as there are multibple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes, and shapes, differences in aged lambic proportions, etc. This cuvee is 100% natural, authentic, and crafted with steadfast adherance to tradition, like Armand & Gaston Debelder have always done it. Bottle fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurised. Open Carefully.
This particular cuvee Armand & Gaston has been blended with lambics from three different barrels and originating from 3 different brews. At the moment of bottling the average age of the blend was 18 months and consists of one-year and three year-old lambics.
