This adapter will allow you to mount your 6-bolt MOMO or other 6x70mm pattern steering wheel to the steering column on your Volvo 440 & 460.

Built from a single piece of steel with a spider-like structure fixed to an aluminium base, it is designed to absorb much of the energy generated if the driver’s body strikes the wheel in an accident.

Of fundamental importance among these are the mechanical strength and crash tests. In fact, MOMO is one of the first companies in the world to have passed the tests required for the German homologations TÜV and KBA. Please note that not all vehicles can be TÜV homologated with an aftermarket steering wheel and boss kit. 1. Replacing the steering wheel on cars equipped with airbag systems will disable the airbags for both the driver and the front passenger, as well as any other airbags fitted in the car.
