PedestalPod 70° models are better than bracket mounting and position electronic displays 12? above the deck at an ideal 70° viewing angle. The tough and rugged black powder coated aluminum pedestal is 4? in diameter with a 6.5? round base, and is designed to accomodate the latest 12? and 16? displays. The convenient 360° swivel allows a completely customized position, gives anglers easy access to the fishfinder/chartplotter and allows boat covers to fit over the 70° PedestalPod with ease.

Like all NavPods, 70° PedestalPods are designed to resist impacts, vibration and moisture ingress, and are crafted with a thick gauge, UV-stable acrylic capped ABS material designed specifically to provide structural stability. The NavPod housing incorporates a double gasket system that provides an excellent watertight seal to keep spray off of electrical connections, thus ensuring the reliability and longevity of marine electronics. Electronic displays easily flush mount into the precut housing and all wires and connections are routed internally through the pedestal base.
