Chasteberry is complemented with black cohosh root and rhizome extract as well as ashwagandha root extract, two adaptogenic herbs that research suggests help support healthy stress response and ease climacteric symptoms, which in turn can support healthy libido and reproductive function in females.

Clinical evidence and research shows that the ingredients in Chasteberry may:

I have put this pair through about 1000 miles mostly on asphalt, ice and snow. Very little actual dirt/ rocky trails. I bought them for the waterproofness and ankle support. Now the soles are getting thin and I can feel small rocks through the soles. Plus the soles are beginning to separate from the uppers and they are no longer waterproof. Not bad for 1000 miles. Still, I feel For a $55 boot they are a good value. I am 6ft and weigh 250.
