Experience the gritty, realistic world of law enforcement with Adam-12, the groundbreaking police drama from the creators of Dragnet. Set in Los Angeles, this classic series follows LAPD officers Pete Malloy (Martin Milner) and his rookie partner Jim Reed (Kent McCord) as they patrol the streets in their black-and-white police cruiser, designated "Adam-12."

Running from 1968 to 1975, the show offers a front-row seat to the challenges, dangers, and camaraderie of police work in a rapidly changing society. From high-speed chases to tense confrontations and heartfelt moments, Malloy and Reed handle everything from minor infractions to major crimes, demonstrating dedication, bravery, and compassion on every call.

The series also featured William Boyett as Sgt. MacDonald, Gary Crosby as Officer Ed Wells, William Stevens as Officer Jerry Walters, Jack Hogan as Sgt. Jerry Miller, Mikki Jamison as Jean Reed, Claude Johnson as Officer Norm Green, William Elliott as Officer Grant and Fred Stromsoe as Officer Woods.

Created by Jack Webb, Adam-12 set a new standard for authenticity in police dramas by showing the daily realities of the job with an emphasis on procedure and protocol. The series was also known for featuring real LAPD equipment, vehicles, and radio communications, adding a layer of realism that captured the spirit of the times.

Many of the ideas for storylines in the series came from serving LAPD police officers who passed their ideas to Sgt Dan Cooke, head of the public information division of the LAPD.

Real police radio operator Shaaron Claridge showed up at Universal Studios once a week before working her 4-to-midnight shift in the Van Nuys police station and was paid $112 a week to record all the radio calls in each script and make sure all her scripting was true-to-life (changing a line from “grand auto theft report” to “stolen-vehicle report,” for example).

Throughout its seven seasons, the show welcomed notable guest stars, including: Cloris Leachman, Lindsay Wagner, David Cassidy, Barry Williams, Dick Sargent, Butch Patrick, Mark Goddard, Tony Dow, Tina Cole,  Foster Brooks, Morey Amsterdam, Randolph Mantooth, Ozzie Nelson, Robert Conrad, Stubby Kaye, Angela Cartwright, Barbara Hale, Kathy Garver, June Lockhart, Mark Harmon, Sharon Gless, Rose Marie, Johnnie Whitaker, Tina Sinatra and Frank Sinatra, Jr. and many more.

With its blend of action, drama, and authenticity, Adam-12 remains a beloved classic that set the bar for police dramas to come. This complete DVD collection includes every episode of the series, allowing you to ride along with Officers Malloy and Reed as they uphold the law and keep the streets of Los Angeles safe.

ONE At A Time now
Color: Aqua, Size: 2 Bowls
Thankful I bought two sets for this family of 4. Quite inconvenient to be able to make 2 people their ice cream while 2 others wait (or change their mind while waiting) Makes no sense why this set comes with ONE CHURN. Recipe booklet was minimal I got more from YouTube. Lids should come with the kit not separate. It was exciting to make yet disappointing we had to take turns and couldn't work together all at once. Ice cream was good, soft serve preferred.

Small Investment with Great Results
Color: Aqua, Size: 2 Bowls, Color: Aqua, Size: 2 Bowls
I'm just getting into making ice cream at home and after doing weeks of exhaustive research, including probably 100 hours of YouTube videos (I know, I have a problem, but the research is for me a big part of the fun), I was ready to set my budget at between $200 and $400 for a compressor ice cream machine. Then I ran across this Dash My Cup Set. I returned to YouTube and after just a few videos I decided that for a small fraction of my initial budget I could "get my feet wet" with the My Cup. Another deciding factor was that the Freezer Mugs were small enough to not sacrifice too much of my freezer space. I've made several batches of ice cream using both the included recipes and some I have found online and I must say, the results have been fabulous. Sure the finished ice cream right out of the machine is a soft serve consistency but after a couple of hours in the freezer you will have ice cream firm enough to form excellent scoops. Just be sure to follow good recipes otherwise you may end up with ice cream hard as a rock. So learning a bit about the science of ice cream is critical for good results. Although the portion size is small, it's actually bigger than I expected. I'm an ice cream lover and sure, polishing off the entire batch in one sitting is no problem but, I am definitely satisfied with the amount. And if you opt for the Set with the extra mug, you'll always have a mug ready for your next batch. Definitely the way to go in my opinion. The My Mug is very well made (as are most of the Dash products of which I have an Egg Cooker and a Waffle Iron) and the motor will turn the dasher through the thickest of recipes. If you overload with mix-ins it might run into difficulties but otherwise you're good to go. Will the My Mug be the "end game" ice cream machine? Probably not. But for a small investment I can experiment with different recipes and see where this new found hobby takes me. And even if I do get a larger, fancier and more expensive machine in the future, I will probably keep the My Mug anyway to test out new flavors. This way I can see what I like without wasting too many ingredients.

Not bad for an inexpensive ice cream maker
Color: Aqua, Size: 2 Bowls
For something this cheap, it’s definitely not that bad. The directions are easy to follow but I went and put the ice cream in the freezer for at least 30 mins more to cool the ice cream to the perfect consistency and it turned out great! After I made vanilla ice cream from the recipe in the book, I started concocting my own recipes and everything has turned out yummy!

Better than my $100 coffee maker!
Color: Black, Style: coffeemaker
Bought this to replace a very expensive coffee maker that broke after a year and a half. Works excellent! Freed up so much counter space. Saw complaints about the hot plate peeling so I always make sure the bottom of the coffee pot is dry and have had no issues. No leakage as long as the basket is in correctly. Love this simple yet very functional coffee maker.
