Both the 2M15-B and the 2M15S-B are 100% American made with 100% American materials. The core material is solid 3/8" (9.5cm) fiber-rich, custom blended, fiberglass. Each is hand wound with double insulated 19 gauge copper wire. Our 3/8"-24 threaded base will fit all common mounts and accessories. Both antennas are covered with a static reducing, water-tight sleeve containing UV and pigment stabilizers. A vinyl cap is provided to protect the tuning mechanism from the elements.
Like all transmitting antennas, these antennas work best when mounted over sufficient ground plane. The versitility of the tuning screw design offers a wide tuning range. The lowest frequency is achieved by having the tuning screw in its highest lockable position and the vinyl cap installed. Likewise, the highest frequency of the antenna can be found with both the vinyl cap and tuning mechanism removed. During design testing we were able to achieve resonance from 135-168MHz without exceeding our maximum threshhold SWR of 2.0:1. In the 144-148MHz band sub 1.5:1 SWR was easily achieved.
The 2M15-B should be selected when the user has no need for the added protection from a spring. However, for roof mounts and others that place the antenna in a location whereas physical contact with immovable ojects is probable, the 2M15S-B would be the proper choice. The 2M15S antenna production length is factory adjusted to compensate for the included stainless steel spring.

I rely on these nightly to combat dry mouth, and they deliver exactly what is promised. The adhesion mechanism is impressive—once placed against the gum, the disc stays securely anchored for a full 6–8 hours without shifting, allowing me to sleep without interruption.
The profile is ideal; the discs are incredibly slim and unobtrusive, so you don't feel like you have a bulky object in your mouth while trying to fall asleep.
