While these two remarkable products share very little shared history, they happen to make very natural culinary bedfellows. And what's even more fun, without historical dogma to inform the matches, we are free to let our palates inform these fabulous pairs. 

Once again, we'll be joined by Sake expert Ayaka Oda from That's Life Gourmet to educate us on the history, methods and vocabulary associated with sake while we explore exactly what makes a delicious pairing. 

At this event, you'll get a crash course in Sake to get you up to speed. You'll taste a remarkable breadth of styles; and pair them with some exquisite cheeses from around the world. As always, we'll explain not just what works, but why--so you can create your own pairings at home. 

Your ticket gets you entry to the session, along with a guided tasting of 5x sakes, 5x cheeses and a private shopping session after the event. All cheeses & sakes served will be available for purchase. 

*This event runs approximately 1.5 hours and takes place in our store. It is a casual affair that requires you to stand through the duration of the event. If this is an issue, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
