Extremely fruity and aromatic, layers of candied orange, Geraldton wax, ripe pear and stone fruits fill the nose. The palate is slippery and lush, well balanced with lively acid and shows great persistence. Whispers of saline minerality suggest a beneficial partnership with fresh seafood dishes.

Aside from that, this is an excellent case and one I’m happy to use every day.
