Four Poles. Maximum Grip. Four upright 48mm poles reach 900mm in height, giving athletes a choice of grip height for push, pull and drag movements. The 780mm loading pin lets you stack plates to your training goal — loading capacity depends on the plates used: bumper plates (typical 45–50mm each) fit approximately 8–10 per pole; standard steel plates allow significantly more load in the same space.
