Clear-label support for your liver, heart, blood vessels, and prostate during tough cycles.

ABL Pharma Cycle Support is a straightforward on-cycle helper that focuses on protecting the parts of your body that take the biggest hits when training, eating, and supps all crank up. It's not trying to do everything. It's all about liver support, fighting oxidation, heart health, blood pressure, and prostate care with a clear label and no hidden blends.

The main player is Milk Thistle Extract at 500mg, standardized to 80% silymarin. That means it's loaded with the good stuff—silymarin is the key compound that helps protect the liver, acts as an antioxidant, and keeps liver cells stable. In real terms, it helps your liver deal with extra work from metabolism and supps. With 500mg at 80% standardization, you're getting a solid 400mg of the active part, making this a real deal for daily liver backup, not just fluff.

N-Acetyl-Cysteine at 400mg brings another angle to liver help with wider antioxidant perks. NAC turns into glutathione, your body's top natural antioxidant. That's key because oxidative stress ramps up during tough training or cycles. 400mg isn't the highest dose out there—like 600-1,800mg in some studies—but it's a good everyday amount, especially teamed up with silymarin.

For heart support, there's Hawthorn Extract at 300mg standardized to 1.8% vitexin, CoQ10 at 100mg, Celery Seed concentrate at 75mg, and Grape Seed Extract at 75mg standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins. Hawthorn's been used forever for heart and blood flow, with stuff like vitexin helping vessels and heart muscle. CoQ

ABL Cycle Support by ABL Pharma contains 500mg Milk Thistle Extract (80% silymarin), a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg Milk Thistle Extract standardized to 80% silymarin gives you a strong 400mg of the stuff that really helps your liver. This standardization means it's the real deal for liver protection, not just some basic powder added for show.
  • 400mg NAC steps in to help your liver another way by boosting glutathione, one of your body's best built-in antioxidants. This makes the formula better rounded than just milk thistle, handling detox and stress from hard workouts.
  • 300mg Hawthorn Extract standardized to 1.8% vitexin is a smart pick for heart support. Hawthorn's known for helping circulation and heart health, which is spot on for on-cycle use.
  • 100mg CoQ10 helps with energy in cells that need it most, like in your heart. This is a good daily amount you see in heart support supps, making this stack feel more up-to-date than just herb-based ones.
  • 200mg Saw Palmetto Extract standardized to 45% fatty acids throws in prostate support that a lot of cycle products miss. This makes it more all-around for guys wanting full coverage during intense times.
  • 75mg Grape Seed Extract standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins delivers concentrated polyphenols for blood vessel health and antioxidant power. The high standardization means you're getting the key compounds, not filler plant stuff.
  • 75mg Celery Seed 6:1 concentrate fits into the heart and fluid balance side. Celery seed's a classic in blood pressure stacks, and it teams up well here for overall vessel support.
  • Seven active ingredients, all out in the open with no prop blends. In a world of shady 'organ support' mixes, ABL lets you check every dose against what actually works.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks in intense training who want real organ support over hoping a multi covers it. 500mg milk thistle, 400mg NAC, 100mg CoQ10 target liver and heart stress that pops up in hard phases.
  • Seasoned users on-cycle who know liver needs more than one herb. Pairs silymarin-heavy milk thistle with NAC for glutathione, plus hawthorn, grape seed, celery seed for full coverage.
  • Lifters tracking blood pressure in big bulk phases. Hawthorn with vitexin, grape seed polyphenols, celery seed, CoQ10 make it great for heart and vessel support.
  • Guys wanting cycle help that includes prostate. Saw palmetto with 45% fatty acids makes it more complete than liver-only options.
  • Athletes with their gains stack set, needing stim-free support that fits in. Capsules and split doses add easy without messing timing, sleep, or energy.
  • Over-30 trainers who hit it hard but care about long-term health as much as today's lift. CoQ10, hawthorn, grape seed, milk thistle fit those thinking ahead.

How to Use

Do 3 capsules a day, split as 1 with each meal. That's the setup because these ingredients thrive on consistent intake, not one big dose. Meals help with NAC and Botanicals, so breakfast, lunch, dinner is straightforward. No need to ease in for stims—it's stim-free—but if you're sensitive, start with 1 twice a day to check gut feel. Capsules mean no mixing; just swallow with water. Stacks great with creatine, protein, electrolytes, omegas, and most pres since it's support-focused. Pairs well with post-cycle or wellness stuff too, but if on meds, check herb interactions with hawthorn, grape seed, celery seed, CoQ10, saw palmetto. Use daily, even off days, through the stress period. Keep it cool and dry, away from heat and moisture.

What to Expect

This isn't a stim with quick kicks, so it's more low-key and practical. First few days, you notice how easy it is: three capsules with meals, no shakes, crashes, or messing with your workout. Days 1-7, it's working quietly—NAC boosts glutathione, botanicals add daily support. By weeks 2-4, it shines in a solid routine: liver help from silymarin and NAC, heart coverage from hawthorn, grape seed, celery seed, CoQ10, and prostate from saw palmetto. It's not about feeling it right away; it's keeping your base strong through tough times. If you get the category, you'll dig how this delivers real support.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is ABL Pharma Cycle Support designed to support?

ABL Pharma Cycle Support is designed to support four major areas commonly stressed during demanding phases: liver function, cardiovascular health, antioxidant defense, and prostate health. It does that with a disclosed formula featuring milk thistle, NAC, hawthorn, saw palmetto, CoQ10, celery seed, and grape seed extract.

How much milk thistle and NAC are in each daily serving?

Each full daily serving of 3 capsules provides 500mg milk thistle extract standardized to 80% silymarin and 400mg NAC. That pairing gives the formula both botanical liver support and glutathione-precursor antioxidant support.

Is this product a liver support supplement only?

No. Liver support is a major part of the formula, but ABL also includes cardiovascular support ingredients like hawthorn, CoQ10, grape seed, and celery seed, plus saw palmetto for prostate support. That makes it more comprehensive than one-note liver products.

When should I take ABL Pharma Cycle Support?

Take 1 capsule three times daily with meals. Dividing the dose across breakfast, lunch, and dinner improves practicality and usually improves tolerance for ingredients like NAC and concentrated herbal extracts.

Will I feel this working like a pre-workout?

No. This is a stim-free support formula, not an energy or pump product. You should not expect an acute sensation; the value comes from consistent daily use through a stressful phase.

Is 100mg CoQ10 enough to matter?

Yes, 100mg is a meaningful daily support dose and a common amount used in cardiovascular-focused supplements. CoQ10 supports mitochondrial energy production, which is especially relevant for high-demand tissues like the heart.

Can I stack this with pre-workout, creatine, and protein?

Yes. This formula is stim-free and serves a different role than performance supplements, so it generally stacks well with creatine, pre-workout, intra-workout hydration, protein, omega-3s, and sleep support. The main caution is with prescription medications, especially cardiovascular or blood-thinning agents.

Why is saw palmetto included in a cycle support formula?

Saw palmetto is included for prostate support, which is highly relevant for many male users in this category. Its inclusion makes the formula more complete than products that focus only on liver protection.

Does this use a proprietary blend?

No. One of the strongest features of this product is full label transparency. Every active ingredient and dose is disclosed, including extract standardizations.

Who should talk to a doctor before using this product?

Anyone taking blood pressure medication, blood thinners, antiplatelet drugs, or prescription treatments for prostate issues should speak with a healthcare professional first. Hawthorn, grape seed, celery seed, CoQ10, and saw palmetto can all be relevant in medication-interaction discussions.

Not all great stereo systems meet all the requirements for connectivity.
I want to go on record, the Onkyo TX-Nr7100 is an awesome choice for a stereo avr. Great connectivity, a warm sound quality, and many options for your audio sound choices. But, because it's base connectivity, as it applies to Bluetooth, I do not recommend to connecting a PC to it. Due to audio and video, data separation. The Onkyo, though an excellent stereo choice, has problems playing Youtube and other types of media, with built in audio and video playback. It defaults to the miniplayer, built into the system and is impossible to get rid of in these situations. I give this product 5 stars on quality and performance, but it was not made to connect to a computer. Stll, I recommend this AVR Stereo Receiver on its aesthetic look, sound, audio and connections and quality. Very important to keep this in mind for Computer and gaming console connection to this system.

Exceptional Home Theater Receiver with HDMI 2.1, Dirac Live & THX – Incredible Value
After researching extensively and using the TX‑NR7100 firsthand with a 5.1.4 Dolby Atmos setup, I’m thoroughly impressed by its blend of features, performance, and value. Setup & Interface The guided setup process is smooth and intuitive—Wi‑Fi setup, firmware updates, speaker configuration and HDMI mapping all work seamlessly. The on-screen menus are clean and accessible, though some deeper options may require a bit of navigation With six HDMI 2.1 inputs and two HDMI 2.1 outputs, this receiver supports 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz video formats, along with VRR, eARC, and ALLM. This makes it ideal for gaming consoles like PS5 and Xbox Series X—performance is solid with no reported signal dropouts on the primary HDMI ports. Audio & Sound Quality Every channel delivers up to ~100 W into 8 Ω, powering immersive content such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X with clarity and presence. THX post-processing adds dimension and scale, especially with cinematic soundtracks. Dirac Live room correction provides musical staging, precise imaging, cleaner dialog, and deeper bass—transformative for untreated or irregular rooms. Streaming & Multi-Room Equipped with AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Bluetooth (including aptX), and Sonos/DTS Play-Fi integration, streaming is flexible and robust. Spotify, Tidal, Pandora, TuneIn, and more are all supported. It even functions as a Roon endpoint with no signal issues when streaming high-res audio over Ethernet. Build & Design The front panel features a large green display, a straightforward volume dial, and basic controls. While the remote is functional, it isn’t backlit. The control app is usable but somewhat basic, making desktop Dirac calibration a better option for fine-tuning. Pros: Cutting-edge HDMI 2.1 support for 8K/60Hz, 4K/120Hz, VRR & eARC THX Certified with immersive Atmos/DTS:X and IMAX Enhanced support Powerful and convincing Dirac Live room correction Versatile streaming ecosystem and smart assistant compatibility Excellent price-to-performance ratio compared to peers Cons: HDMI glitches possible; best addressed via firmware updates and proper setup Remote is not backlit; app UI is basic Not truly expandable to 11-channel systems; no independent sub outs or extra preamp channels Verdict: The Onkyo TX‑NR7100 strikes a remarkable balance between modern video support, superior immersive audio, and intuitive usability—all at a price point that undercuts many similarly spec’d competitors. If you want future‑proof HDMI features, strong gaming performance, Dirac‑based room tuning, and multi‑room streaming options, this AVR delivers beyond expectation. Highly recommended.

Best deal and beautiful sound
I bought this one on sale to replace my old Pioneer VSX-1120-K 7.2 ch receiver which did not support 4K video and new Atmos sound profile. I would say, it was the best deal in this category since it offered 100 watts/ch , 9.2 ch, 8k/4k supported, and nearly 50% price cut when on sale! The sound quality is amazing, especially after using Dirac live to measure and auto adjust all speakers’ sound curves, making my home theater sound in a different level. The high is very clear but not harsh while the low is soft and nice punch. I also like the Onkyo App which helps to control the receiver in many ways. I can use it together with other online music streaming services app without touching the remote controller any more, very convenient! The only a small problem it has, is that it’s BD/DVD HDMI input sometimes does not work well with Amazon fire stick. It makes the firestick restart over again and again, so I have to use the other input such as game input to work smoothly with the firestick. Update: I have had this receiver for more than a year now. I would say, I love it more and more! It not only supports 4K/8k video through HDMI, but also has so many listening sound models to choose from, and the App on smartphone is a very convenient tool. One of my favorite functions of it is the Dirac live function. I used to analyze the sound characteristics of each speaker, and fine tune the frequencies on them, making my home theater speakers up to a very high level, making every single sound frequency is in its best condition. This certainly compensates the shortcomings of certain sound frequencies in each speaker. Many times I just sat in my home theater listening to the music from Spotify without watching movie, and it was so joyful. I am changing the rate from 4 stars to five!

The basic set-up is relatively easy which was a big plus for me......
First let me start off by saying that I am not an audiophile. So, this review will not get into the weeds of the more complex settings this receiver is capable of. For example, the Dirac room measuring option. No way was I attempting to mess with that. Especially, after reading that some reviewers who actually have experience with Dirac found it could be confusing/difficult to set up. Besides I come from a previous Onkyo the TX-SR607 which had the AccuEQ Room Calibration similar to this receiver, so I used that instead with no issues. As far as hooking up the speakers it's pretty straight forward. If you have banana plugs, use them, seriously. I originally planned on using banana plugs but in order to save time I decided against that. But I wish I had taken the extra time to go with bananas because trying to thread the speaker wire into the speaker terminals is tedious, there not much room between the terminals and even me with my skinny fingers struggled a bit. Wish Onkyo designed their terminals side by side, but I think only Denon does that. Anyway, after all the speakers were connected (I'm currently using a 5.1.2 setup) and I connected my tv, Blu-ray player, CD player, etc., etc., I ran the AccuEQ Room Calibration, and I was good to go. I did change the some of the settings like speaker volume that AccuEQ has set but nothing major. I have noticed that I need to turn the volume up much higher on this Onkyo than on my previous one. What I mean by that is that on my previous Onkyo I would set the volume indicator at around 30-35 tops for movies. With this one it's more like 40-45, maybe how the volume is measured is different on this one. The sound is excellent for movies and music I have no complaints there. I have only tried a few of features so far like Airplay but will dig deeper into the manual (I downloaded from the internet) as time goes by. I will say as far as build quality is concerned it's not bad, but IMO my old Onkyo, a 2009 model, had the look and feel of a more expensive receiver. But it's what's inside that matters most so hopefully this one last as long as my previous Onkyo.

Sound unexpectantly blasted for no reason. It malfunctioned!
I spent hours between installation and set up! I had to return it. I turned on NET (network) to play Sirius Xm and the volume was low but after a few minutes the sound turned all the way up to maximum completely on its own? This happened at least two more times. I contacted ONKYO and was told it is clearly defective and that their is no solution to correct the problem, and that I should return it immediately! I purchased the newer model and am pleased with its performance! It’s unfortunate because the first one that had the issue with the sound really played nice, but having sound change its volume so suddenly to its full capacity was not what I expected, nor felt comfortable enough to keep as I said I was told to return it, which I did! My advice here would be to purchase the newer model, which seems to be much more stable in its performance, and the quality is excellent.
