Dosage
Take one Turmeric tablet (yellow blister pack) plus one Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule (red blister pack) a day with a glass of cold water.
Each blister pack features a helpful ‘days of the week’ guide to assist you in remembering to take your supplements according to the dosage. If you miss a day, don’t exceed the recommended dosage and move onto the next relevant day. You can start on any day of the week and then use any remaining tablets at the end of the guide.

Tablet: Bulking agents (Maltodextrin, Cellulose), Turmeric extract (Curcuma Longa L. Additional information
1 EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).
