About Hair Length
The hair length listed on website is stretched length. Curly and wavy hairs will be shorter on look than straight hair because they are made of straight hairs. When measuring the hair length, make sure you stretch the hair straight and measure it from the roots to the end.
Please noted that the straight BOB hair is a bit shorter than normal straight wig because we need to cut the hair ends to achieve the perfect look.
Hair Care
The wigs is made of 100% human hair, it is easy to care. For curly hairs, we don't suggest you use combs to brush it. Use wide-tooth combs or your hand to brush.
FAQ
Q1: Can this hair be straightened/curled?
A:The wig is made of human hair, you can treat it as your own hair. You can use a flat iron/straightener, but do not use hot tools too often.
Q2: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
A: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the color than lighten the hair. We suggest you let your hairdresser dye the hair for you. Coloring it yourself usually doesn't bring the right color of your expectation. If you don't like to go to a salon, use good quality products and test a small sample first please.
Q3: Can I wash the hair?
A: You can wash it as your own. Use shampoo and conditioner to wash it. Because the hair is a wig, it can not get oil and nutrition from the body, you can use hair essential oils to condition it. We also recommend using a hair nutrition treatment on them every few weeks.
Q4: Can I blow-dry the hair?
A:The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.
Q5: Why my hair gets tangled?
A:Your hair can tangle due to dryness, oil, dirt build-up and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, comb the hair daily and use hydrating drops.
