Which size should I choose?
This M (CF0.8) is a versatile mid-size for a small mixed set. Go smaller with the Small (CF0.4) for a few nigiri, larger with L (CF1.0) and XL (CF1.5), or use the long Maki box for rolls.
Do the lids fit the bases tightly?
Yes, the lid clips onto the base so the sushi stays secure and fresh through transport. The lids are thin, so they can cling together in the pack and look like a single lid; separate them gently as you go.
