Older 47RH and 47RE transmissions came factory with 4 pinion straight cut overdrive gears, replacing the overdrive planet gear with a 5 pinion version, which improved the holding capability of the overdrive gear. Recommended for 600 hp and above. Will fit 48RE, but the 5 pinion planet is a downgrade vs. OEM 6 pinion

The Power Driven 5-Pinion Overdrive Planet Kit for 47RE and 47RH transmissions is a replacement part for the overdrive planet gear. I had to goto Epson and download a current print driver to get all the print properties and printer settings I needed. Was easy. After I installed the 2nd driver and saw it worked better, then I uninstalled the 1st epson driver. Helped allow for 8.5 x 14 page size and high quality. Just a few options needed that were not showing on the original print driver. Took me a few days to figure out what was going on. It helped with the quality of the prints after I got the better driver. So the end product is better also.
