- You will need: Hydra FX, a brush, and water
- Optional: before activating the product, scrape the product onto a makeup palette
- Wet the makeup brush with water
- Use the wet brush and mix it into the Hydra FX
- Mix VERY WELL - if needed, wet the brush again and continue mixing
- Apply the product once a creamy consistency is achieved
- Let the product fully air dry before storing away
