The Culinaire® Double Food Warming Drawer uses heat pads that are thermostatically controlled to ensure a uniform heat throughout.
This ensures that your food is warmed gently, resulting in a better appearance, taste, and longer holding life. Each drawer includes one 1/1 Gastronorm stainless steel pan, 150mm deep.

- Easy-to-use and highly reliable mechanical temperature controls
- Double skinned air insulated on all sides to minimize heat to external panels
- Robust construction from 304 grade stainless steel with a No.4 finish
- Each drawer suits gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately).
