These work well!
These work to keep my mouth moist for hours. The only downside is the glue stays in your mouth till you can scrape it out with your finger. I thought it would dissolve but it didn’t. Very grateful to find something that moistens my mouth for so long though. They’re easy to use too. Taste slightly sweet but otherwise I didn’t notice anything.

Xylimelts Sensitive
I was sensitive to the regular Xylimelts after a few months use. Painful gums and hives inside my lips and cheeks. The sensitive version immediately corrected the problem and I’ve been using them without issue for nearly a year. The product is a lifesaver for drymouth that occurred when I was sleeping.

Best that I have found for dry mouth.
These are the best for dry mouth at night. They mostly stay stuck. I say mostly because I have had a few come apart. I think that was my fault.

Much better than the box version
Flavor Name: Mint, Size: 230 Count (Pack of 1)
This works really well to wet the mouth if you have an autoimmune condition. It lasts all night if you use two, one on each side. They attach securely to the gums. Doesn’t feel bulky in the mouth. Nice and smooth against the cheek.
I get the mild mint flavor which tastes good. It is flavored with xylitol which the dentist says will not rot my teeth like sugar would so I use it every day. The fact that it is sugar free really helps.
I used to get the boxes that have each lozenge in a blister pack. But I’d often buy 6 boxes and then only get 2.
But this has the same amount in a bottle, and they stay in good condition. Turns out the blister pack is not necessary. And this way it is all in one so no more delivery issues!

Great value for the money and does the job!

These tablets work great for those who suffer with dry mouth at night. They stay put and deliver a slow and easy release to help keep your mouth from being dry. No worry about swallowing them- they stay put!! I prefer the mint flavor as the taste is very subtle and it doesn't have any smell to them. Great value for the money.
