Carlos Ramos as graduate of California College of Arts and Crafts Carlos began seriously cartooning while holding the position Director of Arts and Crafts at the San Leandro Boys Club in California. He continued his love for cartooning while completing a successful career in Human Resources. He has decided to focus his attention back to cartooning.
