- MV-series twin-shaft mixer with anchor agitator & counter-rotating beater:
- Low speed 23 RPM / 1 HP for delicate products
- High speed 46 RPM / 2 HP for rapid dispersion
- Nylon scraper blades sweep the entire kettle wall & bottom
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift plus positive rim-lock for one-handed, tool-free access.
- 2 in. compression draw-off valve with ¼ in. perforated disk strainer — ideal for pasta, beans & stock.
- Four 2 in. Ø stainless legs with cross-bracing and adjustable flanged feet level quickly on any floor.
- Front-mounted manual steam control; rear steam supply & condensate connections keep the work zone clear.
