- Factory-mounted MV mixer:
- Twin-shaft, two-speed gear motor (23 / 46 rpm main agitator).
- 304 SS anchor-style main agitator shaped to kettle contour.
- Counter-rotating 304 SS beater & removable nylon scraper blades keep product off the walls for scorched-free results.
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock and safety interlock (prevents high-speed starts).
- 2" compression draw-off valve with 1/4" perforated stainless disk strainer for quick, clog-free dispensing.
- Dished one-piece stainless cover with actuator assist holds in heat and lifts effortlessly.
- (3) 2"-diameter stainless legs with reinforced bracing and adjustable flanged feet for rock-solid installation.
