This is perfect for those who just don't know where to start on creating a plan and want some help from someone who has been in the same boat before.

No running plan structure fits all, that is why I am offering this 12-week customized run plan. It is from beginner to advanced levels of running, handcrafted just for you. This is perfect for those who just don't know where to start on creating a plan and want some help from someone who has been in the same boat before. It also suits those looking to get over that hump of performance stalling. Together, we will make your dreams come true :)

The 12-week plans include: 

• 1:1 communication with me 1x/week (initiated by client) via text/email so we can adjust plan accordingly. 
• Open dialogue on adaptations, obstacles, joys, all of the above to make sure the plan is just right for you.
• A 3-month running plan (Options to extend are available after the final week.)

If you purchase now you have 3 months to use the purchase. So for example, you aren’t ready to start your half marathon training yet? No worries we don’t have to start it right away! You can use the service in 3 months. Note that waiting any longer, unless communicated, will result in plans being sent but won't be perfectly tailored for you.
