ATGBICS Avago Broadcom® Compatible AFBR-79EIPZ-CS1 QSFP+ 40GBase-SR4 form factor network transceiver supports a distance of up to 150m over multi-mode fibre (MMF) using a wavelength of 850nm via an MPO-12 connector. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present enabling real-time monitoring of the parameters of the fibre optic transceiver.

Arrived on time as promised. I was able to install it easily on my Jeep Cherokee with 3.2L engine. Good instructions and the part seems to be of good quality. Four Stars only as I have just installed it. Filters are passive components, usually can't tell of their long term quality or reliability unless they leak or cause immediate problems. I recommend this part.
